Hillary Clinton. Is an an indictment coming?

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...on-classified-info/ar-BBqUX8M?ocid=spartandhp

- Id love to hear how she expects to adhere to the laws of the land as president when she callously disregarded them or even worse was unable to follow them as secretary of state... Pick your poison Hillary backers.. was she utterly inept or did she just feel she was above the rules?

Well said. But you know, anyone with a (D) after their name is immune. She can sleep with Markie Post, she can not give a **** about and support her husband's infidelity, she can have a body count, she can break campaign finance laws, she can bypass and violate State Department rules committing crimes with national security data....but she is a (D).

All one needs do is look at the current Cruz mistress allegations. For (D)s, Bill Clinton is a GOD. He's a stud, a player, a ladies man that plays the sax and should be able to get all the poon he wants, even from the oval office. But those (R)s that dip their fishing poles into multiple ponds are vermin.

It's a sad, sad state of affairs all over in this country.

If Bernie wasn't such a chicken he would have hammered her with this from the beginning - bawk!

Clinton email probe enters new phase as FBI interviews loom

Federal prosecutors investigating the possible mishandling of classified materials on Hillary Clinton’s private email server have begun the process of setting up formal interviews with some of her longtime and closest aides, according to two people familiar with the probe, an indication that the inquiry is moving into its final phases.

Those interviews and the final review of the case, however, could still take many weeks, all but guaranteeing that the investigation will continue to dog Clinton’s presidential campaign through most, if not all, of the remaining presidential primaries.

No dates have been set for questioning the advisors, but a federal prosecutor in recent weeks has called their lawyers to alert them that he would soon be doing so, the sources said.

Prosecutors also are expected to seek an interview with Clinton herself

“The interviews are critical to understand the volume of information they have accumulated,” said James McJunkin, former head of the FBI's Washington field office. “They are likely nearing the end of the investigation and the agents need to interview these people to put the information in context. They will then spend time aligning these statements with other information, emails, classified documents, etc., to determine whether there is a prosecutable case."

Legally it doesn’t matter if the emails were marked as classified or not, since government officials are obligated to recognize sensitive material and guard against its release

It’s Time for Hillary Clinton to Concede the Democratic Nomination to Bernie Sanders

With Bernie Sanders now slightly ahead of Clinton nationally in the latest Bloomberg poll, it’s time to reevaluate the meaning of pragmatism. Hillary Clinton might be ahead of Bernie Sanders in delegates, but Vermont’s Senator has a monopoly on political momentum. Sadly, his opponent has a monopoly on controversy, and will face FBI interviews in the near future

****, she'll be campaigning from her jail cell if need be.

Aside from the investigation exposing her for committing perjury about her emails coupled with blatant disregard to National Security, I can't wait for the deluge of other emails showing how she's one of the most corrupt and diabolical politicians ever:

Clinton Email Scandal: Here’s One Thing Hillary Was Trying To Hide

Corruption: Newly released documents reveal part of what Hillary Clinton was hoping to hide by using a personal email account for official government business. With the Clintons, it’s all about building an empire.

Nearly 200 Clinton Foundation donors have played politics with Clinton’s State Department, and it’s known, as we’ve reported, that at least 60 companies that lobbied the State Department while Clinton was there donated more than $26 million to the Foundation.

The Libya connection, by the way, was made just two days after the Sept. 11, 2012, terrorists attacks on U.S. personnel and grounds in Benghazi. The message was focused on the wish of Mohamed Yusuf al-Magariaf, president of Libya’s National Congress, “to meet President Clinton and to participate at the Clinton Global Initiative meeting for New York.” It was forwarded to Clinton’s chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, by the Clinton Foundation’s director of foreign policy, Amitabh Desai.

It seems to us the conversation should have been about the Benghazi attacks instead. Four Americans were killed, including the first U.S. ambassador killed by hostiles since 1979, and the murderers were running loose. Shouldn’t their capture have been a higher-priority topic? But at that point, Clinton was probably in her what-difference-does-it-make stage of grief.

oh, scrappy. clearly you don't understand the internets and security as well as Candidate Pantsuit.

Crumbling down...a separate investigation goes on....why isn't there 24/7 news coverage on THIS?

Second Judge Grants Discovery in Clinton Email Case

Citing indications of wrongdoing and bad faith, a federal judge has overruled government objections by declaring that a conservative group is entitled to more details about how Hillary Clinton's private email account was integrated into the State Department recordkeeping system and why it was not searched in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.

U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth entered an order Tuesday agreeing that Judicial Watch can pursue legal discovery — which often includes depositions of relevant individuals — as the group pursues legal claims that State did not respond completely to a FOIA request filed in May 2014 seeking records about talking points then-U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice used for TV appearances discussing the deadly attack on U.S. facilities in Benghazi in September 2012.

Lamberth is the second federal judge handling a Clinton email-related case to agree to discovery, which is unusual in FOIA litigation. Last month, U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan gave Judicial Watch the go-ahead to pursue depositions of Clinton aides in a lawsuit for records about former Clinton Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin.

Hillary Clinton must face the music — and the FBI

It has been more than a year since the infamous news conference at the United Nations, at which Hillary Clinton falsely asserted, “I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material.” For a year the Clinton campaign has raised a number of specious excuses: “It was allowed”; other secretaries did the same (not true); the emails were only retroactively classified (not true); there was no risk classified information might have been compromised (unfounded); and her offenses were not serious (highly questionable).

If it was not previously, even the most loyal Clinton supporters should by now recognize the seriousness of her problems. The FBI does not assign 147 people to investigate something trivial, “allowed” or lacking national security implications.

You clowns are delusional if you think ANYTHING will ever come of this. It matters not who she is, just the fact she is an insider. They will never tear down one of their own, that would just give the others the idea to do it to someone else. These politicians are all in it together, otherwise that **** blows up.

Why a no-indictment for Hillary Clinton would still be a problem for America

Either Clinton is charged with a crime for mishandling classified information on her private server — an outcome, this group thinks, that should be devastatingly obvious to anyone with half a brain.

Or the Justice Department will squelch the indictment out of a politically motivated desire to protect the likely Democratic presidential nominee.

Let me know how it turns out. Madame President will not be derailed, America might be, but not her. The big money running this country has way too much invested to let a petty crime like treason get in the way.

Unless her and Bill get outed by that dead DC Madam

Hillary is not that great anyway, if Bernie grew a set and really attacked her he could be winning

State Senator Asks Clinton Supporters to Sound Enthusiastic

At a Hillary Clinton campaign event in Wisconsin on Tuesday, State Sen. Jennifer Shilling (D.) asked the crowd to sound enthusiastic and recite Hillary Clinton’s campaign slogan: “I’m with her.”

At this point its a question of when does the FBI issue a statement?

The head of the FBI is a man of high integrity. If Clinton did wrong he'll resign rather that let Clinton skate. This would be a huge stain on Obama's legacy. Obama, of course, could pardon her.

You could argue that Clinton is the tip of the iceberg as several people she's connected with could have mishandled the emails as well. Politicians have been embarrassed on hot Mikes before. We are talking about 1,000's of emails here, and I'd wager anyone many offensive things were suggested or said.

Once the shoe falls, Clinton will be on a very uncomfortable defensive. For once in her life, she might be silent rather than argue as she has already been caught in too many lies. Expect misinformation only when she speaks on the topic.

Lady Karma can be a bit@h and the clock is about to strike mid-night.

And she would still be guaranteed to get 47% of the votes.

Second judge says Clinton email setup may have been in 'bad faith'

NEW YORK, March 29 (Reuters) - A second federal judge has taken the rare step of allowing a group suing for records from Hillary Clinton's time as U.S. secretary of state to seek sworn testimony from officials, saying there was "evidence of government wrong-doing and bad faith."

The language in Judge Royce Lamberth's order undercut the Democratic presidential contender's assertion she was allowed to set up a private email server in her home for her work as the country's top diplomat and that the arrangement was not particularly unusual.

He described Clinton's email arrangement as "extraordinary" in his order filed on Tuesday in federal district court in Washington.
