If you are a defender of …

It kinda feels like, and I do hate to say it this way, I hope I am wrong, that the current "owners" don't care about winning. Feels like the old Bengals, maximize profit vs wins. Won't happen, but we need a home game where the fans (and I know they would all lose money) refuse to go to a game.

It feels like that because that is how it is. They will spend player money to stay competitive and as long as the money is rolling in he is satisfied. He is ok with mediocre because his passion isn't championships.
 
I blame Tomlin for not firing Canada but I still support him. He has to make a change of that support will be flagging. He is and was wrong to keep him. He has a chance to make this right.

Again there is nothing to suggest the man will make the necessary coaching changes on both sides of the ball to compete with the top teams.

Which is why he needs to be the change.
 
Tomlin needs to go. Period! He is the problem.

His .500 seasons don’t mean a damn thing and they are wasted without playoff wins.

Too much word salad. What has he done in the last 10 years?

I admire the loyalty, but he's done nothing, refuses to hire competent assistants and his fingerprints are all over the defense. Nothing is going to change until he's gone.
I rather have a few losing seasons with innovative coaches than to put up with 5 more years of mediocracy.
 
Tomlin needs The treatment the Rooneys gave Noll near the end of his career… list the underperforming coaches that must be terminated and force a change… bring in a real dc and bring in an assistant Head coach to run the whole offensive side of the team….

I was too young to remember, but looking at the success (or lack thereof) of the team, this does feel like the 80s Steelers.
 
Anyone still supporting Mike Has to be crazy. I told you all for years that he would set us back 20 years and turn us into the Browns. And he has officially done it. Each year we lost a cowher player we got worse. More importantly each staff member we lost and tomlin replaced with a buddy we got worse.
We are totally screwed if Rooney doesn’t remove his head from his ***
