I'd say you're probably underestimating Harmon and overrating Porter a bit.

The Steelers really missed Harmon in the DL rotation against the Bills, as Benton is not good against the run, and Heyward put personal pride ahead of the team by allowing Josh Allen into his head most of the game.

Yahya Black looked like Joe Greene in the preseason, but not so much when it actually counts. He could still maybe develop into something in a year or two.
