Hey I just had a great idea. every year at this time we should have a steeler nation Purge. for twelve hours we could go back to the good old days of threatening each others lives damn I remember someone actually threatened to have intercourse with someones family pet before taking them out. ( the person not the pet)

Explain why the Lions fans trashed Dan Campbell for going for an onside kick in the 4th, down 10 with 11 minutes left if you claim its an analytics issue?? And serious question....what analytics are you referring to specifically?? Link?? I just want to see what you're looking at??

I'll agree that if it works Campbell is a genius in that case. However, backing up the Eagles and "trusting your defense" like it's 1987 when you're playing the Eagles and the clock seemed like waving the white flag, no? Can anyone really defend the decision?

Onside kicks are extremely low percentage now although I'll concede DC is getting too much wrath but he had his own WTF game management in the playoffs last year so like we have for years so maybe both fan bases feel like these guys are Neanderthals with the finer points of in the moment game management?

I can go on and on and on about countless Tomlin gaffes over his career. There's a truly monumental sample size. There is nothing "on the fly" about understanding the score, the time left in the game, and how your opponent has been able to control possession throughout the day. Even a mental midget should be able to process this underwhelming information within a few seconds, and try to make 7 yards instead of handing the ball away.

What's concerning to me is that Tomlin's poor in-game decisions still continue to happen here in year 18, and yet despite not one shred of evidence, shitbags such as you feel like they must defend his honor endlessly and relentlessly. Gobbling MT's knob with an almost dutiful consistency. It's laughable.
