I’m not arguing. I was simply pointing out that anyone discussing or arguing politics is a hypocrite to a degree, and politicians are complete hypocrites. And pointing fingers at the other side for doing it is the very definition of hypocrisy.

Whatever. People are gonna people. I’ll just sit over here and try to enjoy my macaroni and cheese dish.

I’m honestly not a huge fan of bacon. I can take it or leave it. It’s nothing bad, it’s just not my favorite. If given a choice, I’d rather have beef bacon or pork link sausage.

I'm not sure either. Still, giving a lot of trust in what they do and say is a bit hard, based on history.
 
Posturing or not, that doesn't mean the US can't gain some concessions from China, forcing the hand of Iran in the process.
Give and take.

I'm just impressed that Trump handled all those stairs with ease.
 
The US just needs economic agreements that benefit both sides. Then China will align.

I still think there will be a trade of lands. Russia gets the Ukraine part they have taken, China gets Taiwan and oil/gas in South China Sea, and the US gets control of oil via Iran and Greenland/Cuba just because.

The big loser is the EU, because the German engineering is no longer worth the cost, and the British banking/insurance is last century's hangover.

I can't imagine that the US will let the Taiwan thing happen, unless the Dems get back in power.

I'd trade Taiwan for Iran in a heartbeat, so long as China agreed to buy Iranian oil

I think the cost would be letting the world know that some allies are disposable when convenient, and another example of China gaining a very successful capitalistic success story to fund them, ala Hong Kong.

Not liking it.
