Where in the NFL policy is there a rule to suspend a player for the season for this type of hit? Has it ever been done before? Myles Garrett got a 6-game suspension for assaulting Mason Rudolph with a helmet. Kazee is getting half that for a football play.

Exactly.. a wr who puts himself in a vulnerable spot to make a play is at fault if the defensive player would have made a legal hit had the player not done that.

Man i wish crowds at our games would chant “**** Goodell” every damn national broadcast… really embarrass him… whats he gonna do? Suspend more Steelers?

Literally the exact same gameplan as 2010.. defense adjusted and offense is down.. penalize the defense and make it impossible to play defense

John Runyon was the rep that released the suspension statement. If I remember correctly he was one of the dirtiest players to ever play the game.

Same play in New Orleans game but the defense back left his feet and lead with helmet, no ejection no thought of suspension. The NFL today has no consistency in one thing they do.

I saw about the same hit in Cowboys game threw flag but did not throw the guy out. Just played on. The league likes fining the Steelers. Definitely appeal but our season will be over before they even bother to look at it.

The NFL may as well just come out and say that you have to let any diving receiver catch the ball and then tap them down. Then, issue a letter stating that the NFL will become a flag football league in 2025. There was NOTHING that Kazee did wrong against Pittman.

The only thing, is he launched himself. I know the NFL has frowned on that …. Big time.

I think the NFL has Wussified the game so bad and in favor of the offense.

He will appeal and probably get one game and fine.

The other interesting thing is that the Ravens Wrs were pissing themselves with him back there last game… maybe this was clearing a path for the ravens star qb we play down the stretch to get the top seed and ensuring a premium qb matchup so the NFL doesn’t end up with a bunch of trash backups
