Steelers should have suspended him immediately last season to to start...let Blount (my god, that's appropriate) play those and then bring Bell back. Tell the League that he's already been punished and we're not even talking about this now. I could not believe that they didn't punish him last year. I get that dudes are going to bake...I get it. Driving while baked is another story entirely and I was very disappointed in the organization for not jumping all over it.

Now the Steelers will probably open on the road against the Pats**, Bell will be suspended, the story will be brought up AGAIN...and the Steelers will have to endure Bell without a quality backup...

His incident happened well before November but the outcome wasn't finalized. Now, I hear a 4 game suspension. That is total BS. It is the league taking **** out on the Steelers once again. Giving Bell more of a punishment than they gave to the Cheatriots. They got a slap on the wrist for spygate and got to keep their 3 titles. They cheated again this year and won another SB. The league will conveniently find no evidence to link them to the deflated balls and the ball boy will be the scapegoat. The league is a joke.

A two-game suspension is standard for a DUI resulting from the use of alcohol. However, Bell's DUI came from marijuana use, so he could be suspended for a longer period of time.

With how the CBA is written, the NFLPA would have filed a grievance if we had suspended Bell before the legal ramifications were finalized. This is a new day people, can't do things like the old days.

Relax. There is no merit to the idea that Bell will get 4 games. Just some reporter spit-balling. Bell is not going to be suspended for more than 2 games.

Who expects Roger Goodell to be fair to the Steelers? Ben wasn't even arrested and he was out four games. I'm expecting two games for Bell, but if its three or four games it would not surprise me.

I think the key for Bell is to stay in shape and focused. He worked out hard in 2014, and lost 20 pounds for the season. As a result he was much quicker. If he adds back that weight, I do not think he will be as good.
