Lions vs Cowboys

Campbell if freaking PISSED

Campbell if freaking PISSED
He should be. Really changed the NFC playoff landscape and it really looks like the official messed it up. Worse because the third attempt was right there if Goff makes the throw as well. Campbell knows what this means for his team and also the entire city of Detroit.

Throw the ball to CeeDee Lamb for a TD, lol.

Real bad look for the refs here. The NFL likely has on-field audio of what went down. They fine players for illegal hits, it's time NFL refs face some consequences for egregious bad calls and actually demote officials who repeatedly do a poor job. Also, the NFL could have such an efficient replay system that corrects obviously bad calls within seconds if they wanted yet don't.

I will be curious to see what the audio says went down. It sure appears that the ref was notified. Maybe he waited for the completion of the play to see if it would be a penalty or not. You never know anymore.

Yeah but, even if he DID report as eligible, he was still covered up by a receiver, was he not? Which means he wouldnt have been legal to be the first one to touch a non-tipped ball, either way, so the Lions screwed themselves, regardless. No?

I'm just curious if that particular penalty was screwed up and what they have to say about it.

The officials determine the outcome of WAY to many games. something has to change this give true credence to the fix is in.
Apparently the same crew screwed up another game time decision previously this season. So either they are really inept orrrr someone has ongoing bets. But there is something to it...

SORRY, but there has been many a many other incidences that have shown the fix is in, this is just Iceing on the cake In that regards.

Salute the nation

No. The overhead shot looks that way. But on the field down the line shot shows Reynolds clearly off the ball. Refs ****** this up badly.

Why do both players go to the ref? To me that was an attempt to deceive and that screwed things up. If only Decker goes to him then it is cut and dry. And trust me I hate the Cawboys as much as any of you.

Can you provide a screenshot? I'm not seeing it

So Decker reported, ref got number wrong.....this will cost Detroit at least the #2 seed. The NFL should award the Lions the #2 seed, at least, if the Crygurls win the NFC East and finish ahead of the Lions because of this
