Malcolm Butler

I'd rather address safety and outside linebacker. The cornerbacks aren't too bad when you talk about Burns, Haden, Hilton as the top three with some young depth waiting in the wings. Too many big plays with poor play from the safety and inconsistent pass rush from the outside. Watt is easily the best OLB on the roster and no one can even touch him. That's not great in terms of depth.

Hello Safety.

More in the soap opera called Patsville as talk is weed snuck into hotel and yelling with coaches surface. We have enough troubles without this guy.

He missed the flight from Mass to Minny... Showed up twice intoxicated, passed curfew, found smoking weed during the hotel check on Thursday, and skipped walk thru on Saturday.

No thanks.

I believe this to be truth. Not interested in Butler...

They ****** gave up on me. Ok Malcolm put down the pipe.

He would fit right in here,

MB and Bell could show him the ropes and if they came up short they could get with Bam Bam to re-up.

:saturn:
if the wire taught me anything...it's proper drug lingo
WMD Chea!

.

Yikes! If even half of this is true... it is a nightmare. Pass.

As for Gruden dumping Amerson... I am sure that younger brother Jay gave older brother Jon some background.

If these reports are true butler deserved to be benched.
Have to give BB credit for keeping him benched the whole game when he probably could have helped the team. I would have passed on him regardless, but it's a big time pass now.

Butler should have to take a “random” drug test now. How can the league allow this?

Put Lance right with him. How can a 40year old throw for 504 yards???? **** our young PK got tested for 6 FG in one game. **** the NFL and especially the down trodden CHEATRIOTS. KICK them while they are down and out.

Salute the nation

Sign him for the vet minimum and a kilo of Purple Haze. He can room with Bell and they can be the pie-eyed twins. Party time.

Pass release Mitchell, extend Ben 2 years open up enough cap room to sign Bell 4 years, sign S Vaccarro NT Justin Ellis, WR/PR Robert Ayers

Burns needs to take the off season and have someone teach him how to play corner in the NFL and try to tackle, he is the weak link.

Not in my opinion. Burns, Haden, Hilton, and Sutton are a solid group.

They need safety help. Not corner.

100% right. You get a free safety that can actually read receiver patterns, instead of staring at a QB, and you have a secondary that can make plays.

I agree. If you get someone next to Sean Davis that is worth a damn I think you'll see how good Davis actually is.. no surprise with how much Mitchell fell off this year that Davis struggled. It's hard when he felt like he had to over compensate for Mitchell.

Concerns: Off-field issues. Health. Size.
Positives: Excellent athlete and a playmaker. Has a 2nd or 3rd round price tag.

I would not be disappointed if the Steelers went in this direction.

Thing is they've been allergic to drafting Pitt players for quite some time. Taken very few over the years.
