This dude needs to go. Him, his staff all of them. If this season continues to go this way he and everyone else needs to go.
Thanks mike but time to go.

Lol. It still is, but MT has and is killing this team and I am so done with him, his bs and everything. He is what he is. And without a HOF QB at his peek it’s showing.wait I thought it was all Ben's fault. I'm so lost.
To be fair they drafted two olinemen… just 3rd and 4th round ones that need some developmentYeah, he tried to fix the blocking problems of the offensive line by drafting weapons. He didn't move on from his QB. He promoted internally rather than finding the best coaches for OC and OL.
Why?We are stuck with him. We all know why
They didn't need line help 2 years from now, they needed it this year. They need a tackle in the first or second and a center in the second or third. Guys who have high pedigrees and have a better chance at success if they enter the starting lineup early. Green is athletically gifted, but a bit of a project. Moore has potential, but he was outside of the top-10 tackle prospects in this draft. Give me Cosmi and Humphrey with a cheap Conner/Hubbard/Gainwell/Murray/just about any UFA running back as a way to rebuild the line and ground game...and I think Harris and Freiermuth will both be very good players. To be fair they drafted two olinemen… just 3rd and 4th round ones that need some development
I agree… i wanted T- C-rb for 1-2-3… now I totally am fine with getting a high end TE… they have equal value as a long term piece… but as awesome as Harris may be, we needed a Olinemen that was closer to ready….They didn't need line help 2 years from now, they needed it this year. Ben *is* done, just look at the passing. That being said, the ownership (who won't make ownership decisions) and the coaches (head, O and D) are all terrible. I mean legit terrible. 2 wins in how many games? An offense that is the same now as it was 3 years ago? A defense that has tremendous talent and no coaching? A head coach who is a "players" coach with no X and Os knowledge or situational understanding? Ownership that does what it does? One playoff win in over a decade with the talent that has been here? There is no excuse. The problem is clear. Ownership, coaches and fans all making excuses. We are now the Bengals/Browns of the AFC North. Awesome.wait I thought it was all Ben's fault. I'm so lost.
Well, we are seeing it play out before our eyes right now.If I take any comfort in the garbage state of the team it's that Mike Tomlin will finally be exposed without a hall of fame QB bailing him out again and again and again.
I can't say I'm enjoying watching it happen. If I take any comfort in the garbage state of the team it's that Mike Tomlin will finally be exposed without a hall of fame QB bailing him out again and again and again.
Even that was about seven years too late. He just isn't the man. Ben covered his nonsense for years. Let's see what Tomlin does with a Kent Graham.I've been tired of his empty bullshit schtick since losing to Tebow.

If I were betting I'd say Tomlin never coaches again. First of all I don't think any team will hire him. None of his staff has been plucked to coach elsewhere which speaks volumes for a guy who's coached as long as Tomlin has. If I were to guess I'd say he ends up on a network panel (Jimmy Johnson is getting close to retirement at Fox) where he can continue to dazzle everyone with his cliches.I can't say I'm enjoying watching it happen.
Tomlin would do himself a big favor by leaving after the season, and going to an already good team that is suckered by the "Tomlin is a good coach" false media hype.
You are joking? Tomlin would be hired within days if not hours of leaving. If I were betting I'd say Tomlin never coaches again. First of all I don't think any team will hire him. Good. I hope it's by the ratbirdsYou are joking? Tomlin would be hired within days if not hours of leaving.
Is that the best reason to hang on to him?You are joking? Tomlin would be hired within days if not hours of leaving.
