MONDAY NIGHT game thread Buffalo vs NEW York

J-e-t-s, jets jets jets still suck
 
That was the worst thrown fade i've ever seen. It has to either be a jump ball to the back corner of the endzone or it has to be a back shoulder throw. That was a line drive to the front shoulder. Wilson initially was just batting it away from the DB and was lucky it tipped up into his catch radius and the DB never saw it.

I think Moore gave up the first sack on 3rd down. Pretty sure Jackson was lined up on him. It wasn't his fault though. Cole got pushed back and the pocket collapsed and Kenny tried escaping left and Jackson got him.

Josh Allen sucks tonight. Three picks and a fumble. Another fumble in the 1st half, but they didn't give it to the Jets.

Not sure why the Jets went for it on 4th down if they were going to play it that conservative
 
The Bills aren't going to be bad, but their window looks shut as one of the elite teams in the NFL. I thought that way after last season and they did nothing to change my mind this offseason and in the opener.
 
So the Jets went for it on 4th down, risking their chance to win the game, so that they could take about another 20 second off the clock.

That's what happens when you have to pay your "franchise QB". Everything else suffers.
 
i think that was good because it hit that flag. The flag is silky and would make the ball slip past more easily. If it just hit that pole, maybe it bounces back more and is no good.

I really think that the mid-tier QBs are the future. Sooner or later the way the rest of the AFCN did the QB thing will be over. It just doesn't make long-term sense.
 
if the 49ers game didn't crush my dreams of the steelers being a serious contender, i'd be rooting hard for the Jets. It would be better to get losses on Buffalo because if Rodgers is done for the year then so are the jets
