I'm shocked Minkah is playing. I thought that might be a four game recovery.
Bama tough...I'm shocked Minkah is playing. I thought that might be a four game recovery.
Culture changes. Just different times
Championships are a fan novelty. These guys are making six figures to millions of $$$. Sure you could argue being on championship teams opens up the potential for more endorsements.
Just put it this way. If you were a millionaire athlete. Would you rather be enjoying the offseason in a nice beach somewhere or getting your bell rung in january playoff games.
I just think the way we see sports compared to guys who are making millions is more of our projections and wants than theirs.
The younger generation sees things a lot different than you and I. I get it, but in today’s age people are not going to go above and beyond for a novelty. That’s any sector. And you can change your culture to whatever you want it to be. Time doesn't matter. People remain the same. You just have to find them.
It's a brand. A style. A type.
You're obviously not getting it...haha. I'll move on.

Correlate that to now. Of course there are still players and people who care. But they are 1 or 4 per roster. Ex. Watt, Heyward, Minkah.
Overall though it’s just a different type of atmosphere
Idk, I do think Tomlin could be a good motivator, selector of men. If what the media says is true. Players love to play for him.Totally disagree with you. Again generation makes no difference. This isn't some lost older timer mentality.Money makes no difference. It's a recipe for success
If it did ,no team would be successful. They'd all half *** it.
It's the selection process of the kind of men you need. Team sports require you to operate as a unit. The most basic fundamentals. Those who do that best win.
There is nothing new under the sun, it's all been done and will be done again.
