Mount worshington

This thread is about the use of Washington. There are at least 30 Tomlin suck threads. Go roast Tomlin there.
Somehow we got talking about defense. Go figure.

Onto the subject that you mentioned. You actually mean...lack of use. Washington didn't get a target yesterday. Maybe Tomlin/Smith our saving him for the playoff game next week. Tomlin's lack of use with Washington is perhaps below the line. :unsure:

Washington is not used correctly cuz Tomlin sucks and his scheme sucks and Washington is stuck in Tomlin’s **** for brains sucky scheme.

So there is a very critical tie in to the use of Washington…and that tie in is that Tomlin sucks.

Or do you propose another reason that Washington is being used improperly other than Tomlin sucking out loud?

I did see a target, he was held and drew a flag. Think it was the first TD series.

Actually It was in the end zone iirc

Spot on. That is one way to put the entire subject to rest.

Seven step drop? Wilson usually has a bunch of pressure by then. Will Washington get his head around in time? I saw a few passes this year of the exact thing you are saying ...Washington simply didn't get his head around and the ball went right by him out in the flat. If he would run that route in the middle of the field as every other offense in the league does it might just result in a INT. We know Tomlin doesn't care for them. So hence. Take the entire package to Washington out of the playbook. No passes to Washington but most importantly...no TO.

Tomlin = offensive genius
A punt is a voluntary turnover, and we ******* love those.

He has to be the slowest TE in the league. Maybe
Maybe true, but they had him rolling against the jets/giants and the offense was clicking when they were using him and muth more than they are. Those early games are when Wilson looked his best (obviously the opponent has something to do with it as well). However take last nights game; we KILLED cincy in the MOF a few weeks back, then waited until the end to try using it. I hate to say this, but the way they approached and looked on the field was like they were going very vanilla because of the upcoming postseason. The absolute ******* hilarity of it is that the Steelers vanilla offense and regular offense are one and the same. Which is to say it’s total ****.

I will admit that I thought this very thing a few times through the game. If you aren't going to do anything special in an attempt to hide something, then why play starters at all?

I think had they rested anyone, the city would’ve revolted. He had no choice but to play the starters after a 3 game slide. And believe me, NONE of this is an excuse for Tomlin. He doesn’t have this team ready in any game anyways.

The only thing I will say, is that there looked to be a sincere look of concern in his eyes both on the field during the game and during his presser. Maybe I’m looking for something that isn’t there, but every my wife said “I wonder if management is sick of his ****, and told him to straighten it out or ride into the sunset.”
