Man I hope they deny, ****.
The only team with a winning record in those 7 wins were the Rats, without Lamar.
The other 6 wins were from teams with a combined 38-63 record this year, I'm not sure that's a reason for optimism.

I hope they grant permission and Flores says **** no
Promote Flores to Asst. HC. I don't want him going to Clev.

or he stays here until Tomlin decides to walk away, but if he has no intentions of leaving, then Flores may want to bolt for a better opportunity.

Not understanding why they would grant Flores permission and not promote him. First qualified guy that has been around in a while and you are so willing to let him go? To me that lends to just another bad decision from a club that makes its fair share of them. Then you might keep Canada? If both of these things happen you can mark me down for saying it is a huge offseason fail.

I would interview everywhere I could if I'm Flores, but I'm also not going to take the Browns job. It's just not a job that will help him get back into the head coaching ranks. I know coaches never get promoted from the Steelers staff, but another year and similar defensive performance could help elevate Flores' profile to a better job than the Browns' DC.
Not that I look to the Browns for how a franchise should be run. But they are being proactive. Meanwhile according to Mike they are singularly focused on wrapping a bow around the season. Like if you haven't decided if the OC is staying or not. Meantime the musical chairs stops with you getting the scraps.

Nah keeping things super racist, if its “Black Monday” tgen on Taco Tuesday all the hispanic coaches should get the axe… the white coaches should get fired on White Wednesday…
I don’t know enough racist stereotypes to know whether pacific asian or middle eastern coaches should get the axe on Thursday or Friday… hell I don’t even know if any coaches are middle eastern or asian… lol…
Yeah but to be fair this is the organization that lost a playoff game 45-42 to an offense led by Blake Bortles and responded by firing their offensive coordinator.
Never mind that we played some of the worst teams in the league over that stretch, and still needed miracle 4th quarter drives to win 2 of them. The team didn’t get much better, we just played weaker opponents
It doesn’t matter, this has been and always will be Tomlin’s defense. Unless he fires himself, it will be more of the same.
