Problem as I see it the "book" was correct on both guys and the front office ignored it. The book on jones was too small and slow to translate his college numbers in the nfl and would probably be injury prone. Shazier the book was ya he fast but he is undersized and has problems with being ran over. He's not playing now cause williams is playing better. Shazier they can and will salvage. But the price tag was too high he's looking like a third rounder.
