I re-set my propane regulator on my BlackStone griddle. Works great.
I made carrots and Brussels sprouts, then two smash burgers with cheddar cheese on them.
Got inside and found no Hamburger Buns, so I pull out the 1/2 load 12-grain bread and find mold (I was gone 2-weeks).
NO bread product that isn’t frozen, so I just ate them without a cover.
There really is something about smash burgers that make them really good.
PS I mixed generous mustard, heavy habanero / pine-apple shake spice, then heavy garlic / herb shake spice into 1 lb hamburger ( I took 1/2 and put in fridge for tomorrow).
Pretty plain Jane supper but dang good at that.
