Judge Watson's 43-page ruling was issued a mere two hours after hearing arguments on whether or not the immigration ban should be blocked. This would have required Watson to write a page roughly every three minutes, raising questions about whether or not the judge had already made a decision before even hearing arguments from attorneys and had already drafted a ruling.

I don't think people understand the severity this blatant disregard for the rule of law committed by this Obama appointed judge.

This piece of **** judge based his decision on what Trump said during his campaign, not on the executive order that was placed before him.

This is clearly one of the worst cases of judicial activism. Had Obama issued the same exact order...a travel ban only on those 6 countries that Obama himself deemed as threats during his administration, it would be deemed constitutional, no questions asked.
