Reports coming out he has been released.
You would add OBJ to that equation of non separation along with a bad apple in the receivers room which is never a good idea. I will pass on his daddy's criticism thank you.Chiefs or Packers should grab him. Steelers should go after him too.
right now the Steelers have exactly 1 WR that can get separation, Dionte Johnson.
Picking him up costs 8 million against the capI agree with Tape. It can't hurt, IMO.
Well we'd need 20 teams to pass on him...I don't see that happening.Chiefs or Packers should grab him. Steelers should go after him too.

Wrong. They just announced he can be had for as little as ONE MILLION for the season.Picking him up costs 8 million against the cap
He is going to new orleans most likely
The
Raiders may make a play for him too…
The Browns didn’t reduce his contract to a specific number for nothing… they already know what a certain team will pay for him and are enticing a waiver pick up
I stand corrected lolWrong. They just announced he can be had for as little as ONE MILLION for the season.
We will accept that you are laid down corrected ...... at least until you recover......lolI stand corrected lol
So you're saying there is a chance....... most of the teams that I figure would want him are behind the Steelers on the list.Well we'd need 20 teams to pass on him...I don't see that happening.

NFL waiver wire order after Week 9: Rundown of which teams have highest priority to claim Odell Beckham Jr.
Here's a list of the current waiver wire order as the Browns get set to release OBJwww.cbssports.com

If we took him COPE would have to learn his ABZs all over again
Assuming you think OBJ was ever anything more than a couple of highlight reel catches on a terrible team than, in any case, at this point he is more washed than a prostitute with two beds on nickel night. Plus, if he was unhappy with the offensive production in Cleveland it isn't like the Burgh has been offering 30+ points of opportunity a game.
The one plus I will give him is that at least for some short period of time he is likely to be going all out when he gets to a new team. What that results in is anyone's guess.
Could be anywhere between stretching out for an occasional ball (assuming no one is trying to touch him) or knocking out coolers of Gatorade on the side line. One never knows. Either way, the fire isn't likely to last long ... well, at least for the catching footballs. Gatorade should be worried though.when you say all out, does that mean he will be willing to go after contested balls. How the high over the middle balls? Lastly what about the balls thrown low ?
Yeah, I can toottttally see him on the Steelers' offense working out just swell. After about the 4th or 5th time Ben overthrows him on a 20+ yard pass, he surely wont have himself a temper tantrum on the sidelines, or get his dad to ***** on social media on his behalf. Would be tooootttally worth the 15-20 catches he gets on the rest of the seasonUntil the last 2 weeks, when has OBJ been trouble in Cleveland? If anything, I think he’s done a great job of biting his tongue. He was brought over from the Giants to be the focus of the offense and since that time they’ve diminished his role. They barely use him and I’ve been reading articles this year stating that OBJ looks healthy and he’s getting open and the browns just aren’t throwing him the ball.
I don’t know if it’s Baker or if it’s the design of the offense that OBJ is a 2nd or 3rd read on most plays. It may be a combo of both. In any case, they simply don’t throw him the ball much. As diva players go, he did swallow his pride and was a team guy until recently.
I’m guessing the last straw was that the browns didn’t trade him and it doesn’t even seem like they tried. I’d bet OBJ asked for a trade and maybe they gave him lip service and then did nothing so now he feels wronged.
i don’t buy this gloom and doom about team chemistry. He’s a bit of a diva but he’s not a bad guy. By all accounts, he does put in the work. Maybe you sign him just for the rest of the year and see how it goes. That’s probably what he wants anyway, to prove himself, then get another big contract somewhere. Steelers give him a shot on a contender and a shot at revenge.
Teams simply do not fear Claypool. They don’t. He has straight speed but doesn’t get separation and hasn’t been great at winning contested catches. OBJ would immediately be respected as a deep threat and could open up the field. I think he and DJ could be somewhat interchangeable as well. Let DJ get open deep sometimes while OBJ runs the underneath. Make the offense less predictable.
