Look, imI'not one to whine about the refs, but are you ******* kidding me? The 4th quarter was goddamn insane, I mean you've got to be kidding me. Jeezus, how crazy can be you be with the bullshit calls with zero replays showing them? **** you CBS, and **** you nfl.

Joe

The Bungles offensive line learned they could simply tackle pass rusher and the blind ******** wearing the striped shirts thought that was just fine.

Had guests over during the game. (Wife invited them.) Two of the guests are the nicest people you can ever meet. Not football fans, at all. I mean, have never watched a game. At one point, the very nice woman from Switzerland said, "It must be hard to find an official." I said, "No, you just look for people with terrible vision."

Geez, its hard to have folks over during a game who are not football fans. Perhaps the wife needs a little guidance.
Like the Steelers need guidance on getting an OC who knows more football than your guests today.

The really interesting part was that the refs didn't go full dipshit until they were "forced to." It was an ok called game (not great but ok) until we got to the 4th (particularly second half of the 4th) and then it SO dramatically changed that it was just obvious, sad and, for the NFL, embarrassing. But, I expect no changes.

Also, the ref and timekeeper dumbassery is still no excuse for the Canada debacle.

why was the fumble on burrow called dead at the 50 yard line? the one that perine recovered and ran for about 10 yards

Under two minutes left in a half and only the player who fumbled it can advance it for the fumbling team. If the ball is fumbled backwards and another player from the fumbling team recovers it, the ball is marked dead at the spot of the recovery.
*That's the explanation that Gene whatshisnameitori, the CBS rules analyst, gave.

that I didnt know, it probably saved our *****.

Funny how in the DJ catch they would call it incomplete initially, it was a clear catch and the ref was right ******* there

Yeah, Buckeye is correct. The rule was enacted due to the Raiders intentionally fumbling the ball into the endzone against San Diego and recovering for a TD on the last play a looooong time ago.

I knew the rule and right away knew the ball was going back to the spot where Perine recovered the fumble. The announcers didn't know the rule.

Yeah, I guess knowing the ******* rules is not a requirement for those dipshits. What a joke.

Yeah...I'm old. They put that rule in the year after the Holy Roller game in 1978. Raiders-Chargers.

Drunk women from Switzerland? Post pictures, and invite me next time!

You're invited. My address is 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. in Washington, D.C. I look like a doddering old man. I am forgetful and probably won't remember I invited you, so don't put up with any ****. If I give you a hard time, deck my ***.
