As long as it prevents Washington from spending our money like a drunk sailor, I'm all for it.

I didn't know you was a 'swabby' Zona. My local Club is a 'Fleet Reserve', I'm surrounded by 'Swabbys' ...lol
Good side is I won money 2 years in a row on the Army-Navy game.
