I will continue saying it, he holds this team back.

He is slow in his decision making.

His schemes are fear based not aggressive.

He makes bad decisions in regards to where to play a player and when to play a player.

He doesn't know X and Os which makes adjustments almost impossible to make.

He is unwilling to adjust his approach. Stubborn in his tendencies.

His positives aren't strong enough to outweigh his negatives. Which is why the end results are always mediocre at best.

Field position is relevant, but Shades & Bubbles don’t seem to think so. A Big part of t his settles on Bubbles due to NO COACHING UP to this point. I’m sure they are trying to work Harvin, but what ever motivation / methods being used do NOT seem to be making any difference.

Drop all three and you will get addition by subtraction at the very least.

Didn't Shades say that Harvin's upbringing reminded him of his, or some God awful bull sh-- like that? If you "connect" with Tomlin, you don't even need to do your job half decent, as his history has shown. OC with legendary FAIL results? No problem, you still got a job heading into year 3. Year THREE. But, oh, you gave his son a full scholarship to MD, one of Shades' favorite schools, so it's all good. You're a punter who regularly shanks punts, sometimes two a game? Oh, no problem, he digs you, so vou can FAIL at your job and still keep it. Really sound head coaching there, Shades - a complete embarrassment to the city of Pgh.
