I did read where the Pens will be celebrating Women's history month in March and they're currently celebrating Black history month. Maybe they're celebrating too much and should concentrate on, I don't know, ******* hockey, perhaps?

At this point, the highlight of the Pens season seems to be Sarge's comments in this thread after we stink up the games.

Have at it Sarge.

Public relations is never a bad thing. I doubt the Pens are concentrating on anything over hockey, although the on ice product would certainly make you question that.

I’ll stop commenting. Beating ****** teams on occasion is not reason for optimism. Should we not discuss reality?

In fairness, I don’t get watch every game, but the ones I do get to watch more often than not end in disappointment.

I watched the whole thing lol.

I don’t get to watch much games these days either. Granted I have Wednesdays and weekends off. But with an 11 year old and 3 year old boys.

That said. The team isn’t very good at all this season. It is what it is.

Sorry, but they aren't going to do squat before the trade deadline to make this team a contender.

Jarry is a mess, and if he does manage to get his game back he will be injured shortly after.

I think it's just about high time to consider a coaching change too. Sullivans way isn't getting through to this bunch anymore. If they waived the white flag and started to rebuild I would say keep him with some new young talent but its becoming obvious this bunch doesn't want to listen.

You have to wonder when this will be a legit conversation. I mean, it's not Tomllin coaching the Pens.

I'd hate to see him go, because it's not him that is the problem. I could see the Caps or Boston picking him up and sticking it to the Pens at every opportunity for years.

You can't coach the being old out of them. A superstar goalie could help them some, but they seriously need an injection of younger talent too.

It's going to be a while before they content for a cup again. I'd love to be wrong about this, but I don't see it happening any time soon.

I think they are tuning the HC out. I have questioned that with this team for years. The #1 thing you hear Sullivan say is "when we play the right way" and we see it, at times, but never for a full game. I think the big 3 are untouchable too. When have you ever seen Sullivan chew any of them out on the bench?

Michel Therrien, Dan Bylsma, Mike Johnston and now its Mike Sullivans turn.

Quite a pattern here, what has been the one constant through all of this?
