Pittsburgh awarded 2026 NFL Draft

Great, so Pgh can handle 700,000 extra people all of a sudden? Good to know.
You understand that was the 3-day total, not just a one night total, right? Detroit reportedly had 275,000 on the first night. As I posted earlier, Pittsburgh had around 200,000 for each night of the Taylor Swift concert and there were absolutely no issues with parking or getting into or out of the city. Pittsburgh is a smaller city and will have a smaller crowd.

STURGIS is about 6,500 population.

During the Bike Rally, it grows to 750,000. The town itself will be 250-300 thousand itself.

Anything is possible.

Salute the nation

I understand Detroit hosted a Super Bowl and we didn't for a reason.

I will watch on TV with a bit more interest just cause it is in Pitt.

you know all the people that are there day 1 is not there day 2 or 3 and vice versa.

I take it all back, there is going to be a surplus of empty hotel rooms all throughout the draft. At any time, you will be able to find an affordable, clean hotel room at a fair price. And there won't even be any traffic or delays at any time. You will even be able to find adjoining rooms for your kids with yourself at any time, no worries. The surplus of hotel rooms for the 700,000 will be abundant.

Now you are just being deliriously asinine. Every draft location, every SB, cripes most home games at stadiums have those issues. Stop it, you are embarrassing yourself.

I will say, next year I don’t know how Green Bay will pull it off. Lambeau is surrounded by residential zones.

No, GB has an abundance of hotel rooms with no worries about availability. No worries.

4653 Hotel rooms per this article. I have never been there so don't know what the outlying areas have, but lets triple it...still less than 15,000 rooms. Better bring a tent.

A tent in April in GB? Hmmmm, that doesn't sound like a fun time.

When's the last time you slept outside in a tent when it was in the 20's? Give details.
I was in a sleeping bag in Germany it froze and I had to cut my way out of it. A good sleeping bag would keep you warm. Some of them would actually have you sweating in that temperature.

Sub-zero sleeping bags can be found everywhere.
Trying to converse with someone with oppositional defiance is pointless.

I had a mud filled track vehicle net to keep me warm . Putting it up and taking it down😁. No when not in the sleeping bag I just layered the clothes and had some military head gear /jackets to keep me warmer.
