Pro-Dem thread / All your Trump vitriol here

Let the Liberals stew in their own ****, like Californians literally do.

Now New Yorkers can't get in and out of the DMV because...Illegals must have Drivers Licenses.

NY DMVs Still Overwhelmed Weeks After Giving Illegals Licenses

New York became the thirteenth state to allow illegal immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses earlier this month, and there are an estimated million illegals in the Empire State. To “prove” their identity, illegals are allowed to provide expired work permits, foreign birth certificates, and even Border Crossing Cards (which are only valid for 72 hours for a stay in the U.S. near the border).
Photos and video from the day the new law took effect showed NY’s DMVs completely overwhelmed. Ironically it’s the same liberals who pushed for this policy who will tell you that voter ID is “racist” because some people can’t obtain photo ID.

The DMV takes long enough as is wherever you live, and adding a million people to those using its services is only bound to make things worse. So much worse that it’s now been over two weeks and the lines at NY’s DMVs are still stretching around the corner.

More evidence as to why Dems simply are out of touch. Across the board.

Not only does he want to put Exxon's execs in jail...but he makes another DIRE predictions that we are all gonna be dead!!! Add this to the 60 year list of chicken little projections these clowns and their crooked scientists have made.

Joe Biden Floats Putting Fossil Fuel Executives in Jail

Joe Biden: ‘We’re All Dead’ if We Don’t Stop Using Fossil Fuels

Former Vice President Joe Biden claimed during a Sunday campaign event that “we’re all dead” if fossil fuels continue to be used as one of the world’s primary energy sources.

Biden made the apocalyptic pronouncement while discussing climate change before a crowd of supporters in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

“If we don’t stop using fossil fuels–” an attendee began a question to the candidate.

“We’re all dead,” Biden interrupted.

Earlier in the event, Biden vowed as president to hold energy giants liable for global warming and made a pledge to even jail executives.

“We have to set sort of guide rails down now, so between the years 2021 and 2030, it’s irreversible – the path we set ourselves on. And one of which is doing away with any substance for fossil fuels – number one,” Biden said.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">.<a href="https://twitter.com/JoeBiden?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@JoeBiden</a> on fossil fuel execs: “We should put them in jail” for pollution <a href="https://t.co/OLqZMwi4E5">pic.twitter.com/OLqZMwi4E5</a></p>— Tom Elliott (@tomselliott) <a href="https://twitter.com/tomselliott/status/1211413338053365761?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">December 29, 2019</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

“Number two, holding them liable for what they have done,” he said of fossil fuel executives, “particularly in those cases where your underserved neighborhoods and – you know the deal, okay. And by the way, when they don’t want to deliver, put them in jail. I’m not joking about this.”

It is unclear whether Biden meant he would also imprison his own son, Hunter Biden, who served on the board of directors of Ukrainian gas giant Burisma Holdings between 2014-2016. The younger Biden was reportedly paid up to $83,000 as a Burisma board member, despite having no expertise in the energy sector.

Hunter Biden, that golden child of that illustrious Biden family, accused of fraud? Counterfeiting? To the tune of $156Million??

I am shocked people. Shocked.

Hunter Biden fires back after PI claims secret bank records 'verify' $156M counterfeiting scheme

Hunter Biden's attorneys fired back Monday after a private investigation firm again attempted to stage a highly unusual intervention in his ongoing child-custody dispute in Arkansas, this time claiming its investigators have lawfully obtained access to Biden's bank account records and confirmed his involvement in a massive, $156 million "counterfeiting scheme."

In a motion to strike, Biden's legal team unconditionally denied the unverified claims, and called the effort by the Florida-based D&A Investigations another obviously bogus "scheme by a non-party simply to make scandalous allegations in the pending suit to gain media attention without any material or pertinent material."

D&A claimed in its most recent filing Dec. 27 with the court in Independence County, Ark., that it has provided attorneys for Lunden Alexis Roberts, who was seeking custody over the child she said Hunter Biden fathered, "access to [Hunter Biden's] bank account records subject of known felonies including fraud and counterfeiting." D&A was seeking to be added as a party to the case, claiming it could support Roberts' accusations and prove that Biden was involved in illegal activity while dodging discovery quests.

D&A alleged that the "bank account records bear exhibit identifier(s) known by [Hunter Biden] as the subject of criminal investigation(s) both adjudicated and ongoing, of which he is a party to." The firm also claimed the bank records "provide the source and destination bank account numbers of Burisma Holdings Limited, PrivatBank, Bank of China, [Hunter Biden's] business partners, Rosement Seneca Bohai," and others.

Speaking to Fox News late Monday, D&A claimed the FBI and Justice Department have been investigating PrivatBank, the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma, Biden and others since April 2019 -- and that the investigation remained open. The FBI told Fox News on Tuesday that, as a matter of policy, it does not confirm or deny the existence of ongoing investigations.

The bank records "verify the counterfeiting scheme accumulating $156,073,944.24 with an average account value (monthly balance) in the amount of $6,785,823.66." Burisma, the filing claimed, financed "Atlantic Council (Ukraine) and associated rogue operatives from the [U.S. State Department], FVEY, and CrowdStrike in Ukraine, suing PrivatBank."

Not only is New York giving out Drivers Licenses to illegals by the hundreds of thousands, but they reward newly released inmates. Bill De Idiot's bail reform law wanted to entice recently released inmates to show up for their court appearances. So they all get a pre-paid debit card as a thank you for their time served. Absolutely brilliant! What could go wrong?!

Ex-Rikers inmates use city-funded debit cards to buy booze, juul pods

Newly sprung Rikers jailbirds are trying to liquor up on the city’s dime.

The ex-inmates have been flooding area booze shops, ever since the recent launch of a soft-on-crime city initiative that provides them with two $25 gift cards, merchants said Saturday.

rikers_2.jpg

JR, an employee at Paretti’s Liquor Store near the Q100 bus stop along the bus route from Rikers to Queens Plaza said her store was refusing to sell to the cardholders.

“We’ve had more people coming in with the visa things. No, we don’t take that, no gift cards, none of that. People come in here always trying to find a way to pay without really paying,” the employee told The Post.

The story was the same at City Sliquors, also along the Rikers bus route, where ex-inmates “didn’t seem to understand why” their payment wasn’t accepted, the owner of the spot said.

“Usually we don’t accept it because we don’t know where it came from with no chip, it may bounce,” he added.

While booze has been tough to obtain for the newly released, vendors reported that other goodies like Juul pods and tobacco products were within reach.

“Yet to see one person use it to buy food,” Ahmed, a worker at the Plaza Deli Grocery, noted.

In addition to the Metrocards and cash, plans are also in the works to set up newly released inmates with burner phones, the Post reported Saturday.

The handouts are part of a larger initiative from Mayor de Blasio that awards the swag to prisoners released under New York’s new bail reform law. The goal is to incentivize the jail birds to show up for their court appearances, but the scope of the program will cover anyone released from Department of Corrections custody, sources told The Post.

Other goodies will include winter coats, Steve Madden shoes and Mets tickets.

The programs are being run by city-funded non-profits and the whole initiative will cost $500,000, officials said.

“It’s a sad state of affairs when the city bends over backward to reward criminals instead of protecting the victims of their crimes,” one law-enforcement source told The Post. “What’s next? Free limo service back home?”

A spokesman for the mayor defended the giveaways, saying that sending ex-inmates home “with essential resources needed to survive is critical to ensuring the safety of themselves and others, and maintaining our status as the safest big city in America.”

Liberals should be forced to live by the same rules they try to ram down our throats. de Buttfuck should thereby be forced to:

  • Give up his limo.
  • Give up his daily jaunt to a gym 40 minutes from his home.
  • Give up his armed security.
  • Actually work 8 hours per day, or more.
  • Open his home to these criminals.
  • Walk Mugging Park, alone, at night.

No shocker here that O-Terrorist had Terrorists in our White House. Sent these perps $1.5Billion too.

Iran-Backed Militia Leader at Baghdad Embassy Attack Visited White House in 2011

Obama Met With One of the Iran-Backed Militia Leaders in Baghdad Embassy Attack

On Tuesday, members of the Iran-backed militia Kata'ib Hezbollah and their supporters stormed the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad. Hadi al-Amiri, a member of the Iraqi parliament and former head of the Badr Organization with close ties to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard, took part in the embassy attack. In 2011, Amiri visited the White House and met with then-President Barack Obama.

"Did you know Badr Corps chief Hadi Ameri, who led today's raid on the US Embassy in Iraq, was once invited to the [White House] by [Barack Obama]?" asked Iranian news editor M. Hanif Jazayeri. "FYI: Ameri & the Badr Corps get their salary & orders from Iran's dictator Ali Khamenei."

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">A reminder: Just 2 months ago, Iran's Supreme Leader was openly calling on Iraqis to take over the US embassy in Iraq.<br><br>CC: <a href="https://twitter.com/USEmbBaghdad?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@USEmbBaghdad</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/RichardGrenell?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@RichardGrenell</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/DonaldJTrumpJr?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@DonaldJTrumpJr</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/PoliticalShort?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@PoliticalShort</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/GovMikeHuckabee?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@GovMikeHuckabee</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/SenTedCruz?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@SenTedCruz</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/statedeptspox?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@statedeptspox</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@realDonaldTrump</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/Doranimated?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@Doranimated</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/KurtSchlichter?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@KurtSchlichter</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/VP?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@VP</a> <a href="https://t.co/wvOPcxzkS3">https://t.co/wvOPcxzkS3</a></p>— M. Jazayeri also noted that Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei called on Iraqis to take over the American embassy just two months ago.

Steven Nabil reported seeing Amiri at the embassy-storming along with other Iraqi government officials.

"The storming of the U.S embassy compound in Baghdad is happening in the presence government and paramilitary officials including Faleh Al Fayadh, Abu Mahdi Al Muhandis, Hadi Al Amere and many Militia leaders and some Iraqi MPs," Nabil tweeted with pictures.

In December 2011, Amiri attended a White House meeting with Obama. He attended the meeting with then-Iraqi Prime minister Nouri al-Maliki and several other Baghdad advisers. Amiri's presence at the meeting was noteworthy, considering his past with the Badr Corps during the reign of Saddam Hussein.

The Obama White House pointed out that the Bush administration reached out to Iraqis who were close to the Iranian government during Saddam's rule.

Obama would go on to push the disastrous Iran nuclear deal, offering sanctions relief and secret cash payments in return for promises not to develop nuclear weapons, which Iran never intended to keep.

In March 2015, Amiri praised Iran in the fight against the Islamic State, condemning Iraqis who "kiss the hands of the Americans and get nothing in return." He celebrated Iran's "unconditional" support.

Ex-Treasury employee pleads guilty to leaking Trump team info, after dramatic bust with flash drive in hand

A former top Treasury Department official pleaded guilty Monday to conspiracy for leaking confidential banking reports associated with members of the Trump campaign, following her dramatic arrest in October 2018 as she toted a flash drive full of sensitive documents.

Natalie Edwards, 41, entered the plea in Manhattan federal court, where U.S. District Judge Gregory H. Woods set sentencing for June 9. Although the conspiracy charge carried a potential penalty of up to five years in prison, Edwards signed a plea deal with prosecutors that recommended a potential prison sentence of zero to six months.

Edwards was a senior adviser at Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, also known as FinCEN. Prosecutors said her crime began in October 2017 and continued for a year, with Edwards sending a BuzzFeed News reporter numerous Suspicious Activity Reports (“SARs”). Banks must file SARs with the Treasury Department when they spot transactions raising questions about possible financial misconduct such as money laundering, but federal law strictly limited their disclosure.

The SARs related to wire transfers made by Paul Manafort and other figures in former Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation, including campaign official Richard Gates, Maria Butina and the Russian Embassy.

As law enforcement swooped in, she was carrying a government-issued USB flash drive containing not only thousands of SARs, but also "highly sensitive material relating to Russia, Iran, and the terrorist group known as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant," prosecutors said.

"Edwards is not known to be involved in any official FinCEN project or task bearing these file titles or code names," prosecutors said at the time.

"I am sorry for what I have done and I apologize to you, your honor, and the court," Edwards said.

Her arrest came on the heels of other high-profile, leak-related prosecutions under the Trump administration, which had pledged to go on the offensive against leakers whom the president has called "traitors and cowards."

Prosecutors pointed to about a dozen related stories published by BuzzFeed News over the past year-and-a-half, including an article headlined, "GOP Operative Made 'Suspicious' Cash Withdrawals During Pursuit of Clinton Emails."

Another article was titled, "These 13 Wire Transfers Are A Focus of the FBI Probe Into Paul Manafort."

She transmitted the SARs to the reporter by "taking photographs of them and texting the photographs" using an encrypted application, according to charging documents, which showed that Edwards eventually confessed to doing so. FBI agents obtained a pen register and trap-and-trace order for Edwards' cellphone during their investigation.

Edwards additionally sent or described to the BuzzFeed News reporter internal government emails or correspondence related to the reports and investigative memos and intelligence assessments published by her agency's intelligence division, prosecutors said.

When the judge asked her if she knew she was committing a crime, Edwards said she did not "know of the regulation" at the time but she knew about the federal Whistleblower Protection Act.

After consulting with her lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, she said she admitted that she agreed to disclose the SARs.

She added: "I was not allowed under the law to disclose it."

Outside court, Agnifilo said the case illustrated how "one's subjective motivations really do not serve as a defense."

He said prosecutors were "probably of the view that she was more politically motivated than she was for some conception like the good of our republic."

Agnifilo said his client believed "certain critical facts" weren't being handled in the right way by the government agencies tasked with handling them.

"She said: 'You know, if I can't trust government officials to handle this, I think I can trust the media to handle this and to bring this to the attention of the American people,'" the lawyer said.

Agnifilo said Edwards was in contact with congressional subcommittees and others in government but didn't believe they were dealing adequately with the information she offered.
In a release, U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman said Edwards violated the integrity of the system of suspicious activity reports relying on banks and other financial institutions alerting law enforcement to potentially illegal transactions.

The "wax my balls" transgender freak has gone off again. This problem was created by Leftist policies. It has become increasingly violent. After being in court on weapons charges, it assaults a reporter outside the courthouse.

https://www.thepostmillennial.com/breaking-jessica-yaniv-assaults-journalist-outside-of-court/

WATCH: Jessica Yaniv assaults journalist outside of court

Jessica Yaniv is no stranger to violating other people’s rights, but the scene outside of the Surrey Law Courts was shocking as Yaniv was caught on camera violently assaulting Rebel Media reporter Keean Bexte.

Leaving the courthouse after appearing on prohibited weapons charges, Bexte is recording from a distance that appears to be well over fifteen feet. He asks Yaniv whether the trans activist will be pleading guilty, but is stopped short as Yaniv rapidly approaches and begins swiping at him with an outstretched arm.

Yaniv is heard shouting “Go! Go!” to the reporter, and despite Bexte’s rapid retreat, Yaniv continues to pursue, appearing to grab the reporter’s microphone. An off-screen scuffle ensues, with a brief frame catching Yaniv seeming to violently club Bexte over the head. Bexte is heard groaning in pain and for Yaniv to stop the assault.

When the camera reorients, Yaniv continues to chase Bexte, demanding he “go away from me!”

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">J. Yaniv just punched me in the back of the head. Just spoke to police. Luckily there are two security cameras directly overhead at the courthouse. I need an advil. <a href="https://t.co/3hfm2CfYhq">pic.twitter.com/3hfm2CfYhq</a></p>— Keean Bexte &#55356;&#56808;&#55356;&#56806;&#55356;&#56813;&#55356;&#56816; (@TheRealKeean) <a href="https://twitter.com/TheRealKeean/status/1216885630182907904?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">January 14, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

The Rebel Media reporter noted that there are multiple security cameras that may have caught the altercation and that he had spoken to police.

“Following Yaniv’s court appearance at the courthouse in Surrey I approached him outside – where filming was allowed. I had one question. I wanted to know if he would be pleading guilty or not. Within several seconds, Yaniv charged me and punched the back of my head while holding me down. Police have been reluctant to charge him before, and so I’m speaking to legal council to figure out my options to make sure this menace sees justice,” Bexte told The Post Millennial.

Bexte had been banned from reporting from inside the courtroom today where Yaniv had been appearing, with courthouse police capitulating to Yaniv’s demands to have him barred. Previously, Yaniv had also successfully demanded citizen journalist Donald Smith be prevented from entering the courthouse.

Earlier this evening, Yaniv confronted The Post Millennial’s Amy Eileen Hamm, falsely accusing her of taking photographs of Yaniv in the women’s washroom. The police searched Hamm’s phone at Yaniv’s request, finding none of the claimed photos.

I wasn't sure where to post this (or start a new thread), but this is pretty damn scary. It's a must watch. Granted, he's just an "organizer" for the Bernie campaign, but we have some sick and violent people living among us:

My bet is just sick, IMO he's not mentally stable enough to be a serious threat or somebody would have dealt with him already.

He's just another mental midget with an overinflated ego and a future that's destined for disaster. Unfortunately these dweebs are all too common, especially in the bar scene I think it's the false sense of power instilled in them by over-medicating with alcohol and cheap drugs. I would bet he wakes up a lot of mornings with new facial abrasions.

Democrats Block A Vote To Support Iran Protesters

Photo-by-BRENDAN-SMIALOWSKIAFP-via-Getty-Images-e1579037692966.jpg

Democrats in the House of Representatives blocked a vote Tuesday to support the protesters in Iran who are demonstrating against the regime.

Consideration and a vote on House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s resolution was blocked because Democrats advanced the previous question, by a vote of 226-191. The resolution would have condemned the Government of Iran for killing 1,500 Iranian citizens who were protesting their government, as well as condemned the Government of Iran for shooting down Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752, killing 176 people.

In addition, the resolution; “(3) condemns the Government of Iran for repeatedly lying to its people and to the world about its responsibility for the downing of Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752; (4) calls on the Government of Iran to— (A) refrain from the use of violence; and (B) protect the rights of freedom of expression and peaceful assembly; and (5) supports the protestors in Iran, their demands for accountability, and their desire for the Government of Iran to respect freedom and human rights.”

“What a disappointment —Democrats just blocked a vote on a resolution supporting the Iranian protestors. This is not the time for partisan politics. This should be a time for the US Congress to speak with one voice to condemn an Iranian regime that kills its own people,” House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said in a tweet.

McCarthy announced Monday he will introduce the resolution in support of the protesters in Iran. The House Minority Leader made the announcement on Twitter as Iranian security forces reportedly fired tear gas and live ammunition on protesters in the streets Sunday. The California Republican said “The world is watching,” and that “the people of Iran need to know that they are not alone in this pivotal moment.”

The resolution comes as Trump tweeted his support for anti-government Iranian protesters on Saturday night, saying, “I’ve stood with you since the beginning of my Presidency, and my Administration will continue to stand with you. We are following your protests closely, and are inspired by your courage.”

Many of the protesters are upset about the news that their government accidentally shot down a Ukrainian airliner carrying 176 people six days after the killing of Iranian Gen. Qasem Soleimani on Jan. 2.
