Agreed. And you have to let other teams know he is available to be had....for a 1st

You can. Or move on from him. Same could be said for Claypool. We knew we were getting a high second for him. If he is worth that why not keep him? And in Claypool's scenerio we would still have him on the cheap. Not $18 million.

But people say DJ is on the cheap. And Claypool was was 1/3 of the receivers. DJ would become 2/3. And apparently it's impossible to replace him for the teams that would take him with a first. Why is it so easy for the Steelers?

What people are saying that? And what people are saying this? I personally have no idea why it is so easy for the Steelers. Maybe because of Tomlin?

The old saying "It takes a village". I doubt it was any one person. Probably a lot of Ben and Tomlin. I would also venture that maybe even more Ben. Ab has a pattern. He seems to go after people the hardest that stuck up for him and when he screws up its those people he blames almost as if in his head he is thinking "why couldn't you save me this time". I dont recall him going after Tomlin much but he sure did go after Ben.
