REPORT - Steelers Have Been Ignoring Byron Leftwich's Calls About Being An Offensive Consultant

Technically Leftwich is a dumpster dive… fired by two orgs… doesn’t mean he won’t be a success, and in season , he would make some sense, but we probably need an offensive minded ex head coach here… that's the ideal get in the off-season
Would be a great approach. You know they succeeded to the level it elevated them to HC. Really my desired route of attack.

Does the stint as Arizona's OC really count though? I mean, he was promoted to "Interim OC" for an interim HC. When they fired Wilkes (the interim HC) at the end of the season, it was pretty much a foregone conclusion that the new HC, Kingsbury, would bring in his own OC.
Now, the TB thing? Pretty much a figurehead. BA was running that offense. Well, BA and Brady.

You're spot on with that.

In an ironic twist, the Steelers have been ignoring Canada too. Ownership and/or Tomlin just don’t want to be bothered.
