Side lines yelling

Haley was saying shut the **** up Ben. Seen the video of it on Twitter.

I'm not that good of a lip reader, but when they showed Haley, it was pretty clear.

Are y'all SURE it wasn't Tomlin Haley was yelling at? I mean, you're killing a baseless hypothesis with your video proof and all that. lol

Bryant being underthrown or not, he never saw the ball and didn't make a play on it. He continues to not find the ball when it's in the air. That is a serious problem. He either has lost that capability or needs glasses. Let's hope he just needs glasses because if he lost it, then he is done.

I really dont think some of you have a clue about this game. Its a one on one match up he threw it up for him to give him a chance. No catch. Ok. But he wasnt close and couldnt even make a play on it. No ball location. That shouldnt be a pick. That type of play is what he is there for.

How can you make a play on the ball when you have out run it? What is it you people look at? You know... since I am apparently hallucinating after looking at that play about 8 times?

That incomplete pass was 80% Ben 20% Bryant. That ball was thrown waaaaaay inside. All Bryant could have done would have prevented a pick,...that's all.

What are you talking about? Bryant was UNDER THROWN by Ben.

Ben is not entirely to blame though. That ball needed to have gone 65 yards in the air from where Ben threw it to hit Bryant. If you want to blame Bryant for something it could be not swatting the guys arms, but the way I see it he was out of position to even do that. It's just a case of Ben releasing the ball too late and too short. Maybe he did it because the safety was coming over, I don't know for sure. What I do know is Bryant never had a chance.
I never said it was anyones fault, but Bryant didn't even make an attempt at the ball in the air

Isnt Bryant 0-fer on long balls? The easy one in Chicago was probably tbe worst, but his inability to make the long catch kes him a 1/2 trick pony

the ball went from their 25 to tge Colts 23. Did he think it would sail another 10. Could have he made some type of play on it at all? He cant locate the ball deep. Juju has caught two long balls in as many weeks down the sideline. We are 9 games in and Bryant has zero deep sideline catches to what Ive seen.

I can't wait to hear what the holy **** happened there. If it was on Haley, Ben should have choked his ******* *** out on the spot for running his **** sucker after his own **** up.

Ben has been overthrowing Bryant all season. I️ think Bryant turned on the jets this time and the ball didn’t get there.

Those 2 HAVE to get on the same page.

Bryant has been erratic on routes the whole year.... its ok to switch gears every now and again to beat CBs, but he loafs on routes when he isn't target 1... a QB isn't going to be watching a guy the whole time so he throws it to where he ought to be which has led to the chronic overthrows this year with Bryant... that one Ben underthrew it and Bryant was burning the whole route... they just need to get on tge same page

Thanks Bryant for a good catch on the 2 point conversation and on that last drive

The smarter guy with balls who realized we needed the two pts. (shrug)

However, the outburst didn't occur until after they decided to go for two and after the timeout ... So, I kinda question if it's who you are insinuating it was ... LOL

I have NO idea who he was yelling at LOL ....

Bryant didn't even go up to try to get it, never left his damn feet, those are plays he used to make

Ball was under-thrown and to the inside, that's an interception waiting to happen and it did. Bryant realized it immediately and made the tackle on the CB. If you watch the entire pattern, you see that when Ben threw the ball MB was two possibly three steps behind the DB, which means he had a ton of ground to make up, when you're trying to make up ground its difficult to adjust to an under-throw. The decision to throw it there was bad as well, then it was late, then it was under-thrown and finally it was thrown to the inside, it deserved to be intercepted, IMO.

Watched the clip several times and if you'll notice Haley's mic is down. I think it's safe to assume he was NOT talking to Ben who was too far away. What it looks like, and seems like it would sound out to is: "Get the f***** play in!"

Notice when he appears to say what you guys believe is " BEN!" that there is no way that word matches the movement of his mouth. Sure seems like "play in" is what is being said.

Did they have electronic troubles and were sending in the play by messenger(again Haley's mic down) or was Haley mad because they were taking to long to set up, and was speaking to no one individual?

Labriola poaches quite reularly from this site, let's see if he or one of his colleagues has the testicular fortitude to ask Haley during the week what was going on.

Just read an article on the Trib website. Apparently Haley wanted to kick the extra point and Tomlin told him to run a play and go for two. I think Todd got a little testy and said exactly what you said ... something along the lines of "get the ****** play in" or "Just run the ******* play" (which matches what Ben said in the article about Tomlin wanting the exact same play run after the time out). In any event Haley followed that first part with "Shut the **** up" ... Which might have been directed at Ben laughing at his stupid ***.

The ball was thrown 57 yards in the air, underthrown yeah, but Bryant had a ton of time to adjust to it, he just watched the db go get it, even Trent Green said he needs to try to go get it

Yea, a combat catch would have been nice and a guy named HUNTER would probably have come down with it. MB didn't even vear the direction of the ball coming down, made NO defense of it or even alter the DBs motion.

Hunter has shown nothing in a Steelers uniform to suggest that

i didnt see,, dont have twitter... but i saw it on TV.. and i agree,, thats what it looked like. Haley seemed to be dropping f bombs and no one was in front of him.... so it was on the mic.

Reading all this, Tomlin has no control. Listening to a couple player post game, after watching that performance yesterday, saying they need to improve their celebration this week in the end zone speaks volumes where this teams head is. We have to admit we have to many selfish players on this team. We all thought we would have a team to beat but yesterday showed otherwise and now a quick Thursday game, will be interesting to see who actually wants to win not dance in the end zone when getting beat.

Yeah and if you suggest Bryant should at least make an effort, all you get is people bitching Ben didn't throw it good enough, even though no one is saying its a perfect pass.

They played clips from Bell this morning and he said prior to the time out and after the time out prior to the delay, both the times the play called was wrong because the personnel on the field didn't match the play. Sounds like Haley needs to shut the **** up and figure **** out

I hear yaz, one needs to make adjustments while the ball is in air and this ball was a long time in the air. RECEIVERS are trained adjusters............................... Are JuJu's passes exactly where they need to be, what about Lynn Swann and his adjustments, How about some of ABs circus catches, ALL have a common theme...................adjustment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
