sure as hell looked to me like he had the first down there!
 
I don't think they can change that spot....he was on his knees with the catch and then touched/tackled before he stretched the ball.

I don't think so...he reached past the line of gain before he was touched

Truth, especially considering what a terrible game that was in KC a couple of weeks ago
