I note that her Democrat primary opponent seemed to be an average white guy who ran ads saying that she attacked Joe Biden and wanted to "remake" the Democrat Party, while he touted working with the President to further the Biden Agenda.

I assumed the 12th district still was still located mainly Southwest Pa...but its not..
Here is what I discovered ....Redistricting happened in 2018.

Pennsylvania's 12th congressional district is located in the north central and northeastern parts of Pennsylvania, including the Northern Tier region, parts of the Susquehanna Valley, and part of Happy Valley including State College.Wikipedia

Knowing this...its even more concerning that someone with her political beliefs can possibly hold a House seat in what I always considered a very conservative part of the state......
