Sorry, but I am agreeing with Mark Madden here

And Religious.

It makes sense.
Tomlin is a libtard democrat. Rudolph is a Republican and a Trump supporter.

I don't know. Not a big Tomlin defender but there was a time not long ago when the vast majority of humans believed that Mason Rudolph sucked. Can't really blame Tomlin for being one of them. Hard to tell if Mason has grown and gotten better or these last few games were something of a fluke. Time will tell.

moving this where it belongs

Politics are a great way to bend thought.

Noll and Cowher both admitted to treating players differently to get the most out of them. Hell Bradshaw is still butthurt that Noll didn't hug him or give him any kudos, yet we loved Emporor Chaz for getting the most out of that country hick.

Tomlin does the same thing to Rudolph and Madden slops through his lazy retread arguments of something that isn't even there. Perhaps he's trying to save the ego of our franchise QB in Pickett for next year? There's more to it than the picture Madden tries to finger paint...

If the depth chart means nothing as Tomlin sells, then why did they move Mason to #2 to begin with? Tomlin drafted Kenny #1, now he doesn't want to hurt his feelings or by moving him to #2 will make it looked like he made a mistake. He's soothing his own ego and Kenny's.

Nah, I don’t think being a Republican or having conservative values have a thing to do with it.
Hell, Mason was Republican with conservative values growing up on SC but it didn’t stop Tomlin and the organization from drafting him in 2018.
Also, out of 53 men on the team don’t tell me they are all Demorats.
This is typical bs from Mark Madden to stir the pot and get the citizens stirred up.

We have a time machine. It's 1974. How many articles were written and how many steel workers were in bars worrying about where Bradshaw, Gilliam and Hanratty were on the paper depth chart?

Who gives a shiit?

I've got an ad blocker and the Trib won't let me read the article unless I agree to let them place ads everywhere.

I'll assume Madden is just being Madden and looking to stir the pot with yet another click-bait article.

Bend thought? Or explain inexplicable nuances.
bend thought by making up plausible but likely bullshit scenarios to stir the angst among the Tomlin haters in the fanbase

rudy is what he is and that is not a #1 qb

he is the starter now since KP was hurt and mitch sucked donkey balls

he is not the #1 going into next season and may not even be on the team, especially if he continues his success into the playoffs

I don't give Tomlin a lot of passes but I'm giving him one here. This is a tight line to walk benching your hopefully long term starter but all of us agree Rudolph must start. For the record Madden is a click bait ***** who I know what he is going to say before I read the article

Maybe he's trying to keep the fire lit under Mason. I would have considered listing him as QB3.

Sorry, it’s petty of Tomlin. Simple math.

I doubt Rudy sticks around here. Even if he does win big in the play-offs, I think he finds another more plausible team.

I know I’m not privy to what happens inside the family, so maybe things are cool and Rudy wins a SB, ONLY to battle for a starting job next season.

Salute the nation

I think this team would have to rats caliber SB win -D perform... to that level for any QB on this roster to win a SB.

Add that their best D player might not be able to suit up in the process.

**** I will just be happy with a Buffalo win knowing the obstacles needed to overcome. I think they are X and O limited on both sides of the ball.

The only smart play by Tomlin would be to ride the hot hand. I think that needed to be the approach. Not that they have to bathe in it, if it goes to hell in a hand basket.

That really is the ultimate problem. Really. The bathwater starts to stink and it takes way too long before it is changed out. Then you dunk your head underwater and rise to the surface with your breathe smelling like ****.
