The snide Supreme Court comment made no sense. As Dobbs points out, women are not without electoral or political power. They (along with the rest of the electorate) can decide through their votes and elected officials exactly what restrictions should or should not be put on abortion. The vast majority of women and men do not believe in unrestricted legal abortion at any stage of pregnancy. In every state in the country, debates are being had and the electorate is deciding what it will or will not accept. That is exactly what should have happened all along and what overturning the completely legally incorrect Roe v. Wade decision is all about.
So he's threatening the Supreme Court that women are going to do exactly what the Supreme Court said is the correct thing for them to do. Dope.
