I just don't get Landry Jones. He was something special in college. What happened?

There has to be some reason Tomlin isn't going with Zach, but I can't imagine what it is.
 
Seems like a lot of half filled stadiums today.
 
Look at the difference in the way the rookie played that reverse and the way Jones was lost earlier SMH
