The Pittsburgh Steelers held practice Thursday, with not much change from Wednesday in activity:

Thursday, January 13

RB Najee Harris (Elbow) – DNP
QB Ben Roethlisberger (Pectoral/Right Shoulder) – Full
DB Arthur Maulet (Concussion) – Limited
T Dan Moore Jr. (Ankle) – Full
G Trai Turner (Knee) – DNP

The only addition today was offensive guard Trai Turner was added to the report, taking the day off with a knee injury. It may be the one that hindered him recently, but has not held him back from playing. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was a full participant after being limited Wednesday, as this has been the status quo with him all season long.

Arthur Maulet continues to work his way back from a concussion, and running back Najee Harris continues to rehab his elbow that was injured in last week’s game against the Baltimore Ravens. He was able to finish the game, so look for him to ramp up tomorrow ahead of this week’s Wild Card matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The real news of the day however, was the activation of JuJu Smith-Schuster from IR. He will have 21 days to be activated to the roster if he wants to officially play again this season. This would be a huge boost to an offense that’s been struggling essentially all season. Friday’s injury report will be telling if the guys listed will be available for Sunday or not.
