True. But you said you saw OPEN WRs in the MIDDLE and that Pickett wasn't looking there.
If that's true, Pickett not scanning the field is a Pickett problem. Not a Canaduh problem.
The play design ... now that's a Canaduh problem.
 
We just gave them 3 points. I'm no football expert mind you, I'm an ignorant of the game in fact as I didn't grow with any of this sport culture, yet even I know they had to run the clock
 
Well living in our fears our last drive cost 3 points.

If I see another WR sweep in the second half I'm going to lose it. Way past time to sit Najee too.

Roethlisberger, Trubisky, Pickett all you can conclude is they haven’t played bad.
 
This team got a lead, and the defense has played surprisingly well, so what does Tomlin do? What he always does, play not to lose instead of keeping the foot on the pedal, which eventually leads to us losing

The perspective of Steelers fans (including myself) probably changed when we came out with a somewhat creative drive and scored first.
Don't worry, we'll lower our expectations with every Canada sweep and outside run.
 
I'm liking what I see out of Pickett and Warren. And how the D is performing against Tampon Tommy with so many starters out is good to see.
 
Agree about the middle of the field. We can’t win without attacking it. Also how bout a deep ball to Pickens that he can run under??

and shutting down Brady for a half with a practice squad secondary. just gut to mix it up a bit in the second half
 
Kenny really has not thrown a good pass since first drive. Why oh why Can this receiving crew not ever get open. Sims I do not get, I know Gunner has made mistakes, but he has the experience and not like Tomlin has penalized the receivers that have dropped the ball . Yes we are winning but really what do you think second half will be, Brady was already spitting and lecturing lineman and running back, what do you think their half time is like compared to ours. We see pressure Brady does not too well and so with seconds left we rush four secondary play soft, one play field goal range and three points. Is this the play not to lose day.
 
C'mon Steelers play an equally good second half. 🤞

Tom is definitely off, but we are at least getting a little pressure. I dont expect Brady to play as bad the second half so the offense better find another gear again. When its a close game or we get the lead seems like the playcalling just gets way too cautious. Our scoring drive was solid since then it seems they went back to the old ways.
