It seems like a timing issue to me, which is making these practice reps he continues to miss during the week even more inexcusable.

When manning or elway were done they weren’t overthrowing guys, they were short arming them… his arm isn’t gone, but remember he missed all of 2019 then basically doesn’t practice till Thursday the padt year and a half despite the receivers being mostly new…

We still dont have anyone who can run under passes… so he has to be more in tune with these guys

It's not his arm, it's his lower body mechanics. He doesn't step into his throws like he used to.
