Jaguars rookie WR Laviska Shenault will miss his second consecutive game with a hamstring injury. TE James O'Shaughnessy (knee) also won't play against Pittsburgh at TIAA Bank Field on Sunday. CB Sidney Jones (Achilles), WR Collin Johnson (hamstring) and QB Gardner Minshew (thumb) are questionable.RB James Robinson, who has been limited in practice this week with a shoulder injury, is not on the game report. The team said earlier in the week that Jake Luton would be the starting quarterback.

Jaguars CB C.J. Henderson did not practice on Thursday because of a groin injury after practicing on a limited basis on Wednesday. That would be a huge loss for the Jaguars against the Steelers and WRs Chase Claypool, Diontae Johnson and JuJu Smith-Schuster. The team designated CB D.J. Hayden to return from IR earlier on Thursday and the hope would be he'd be able to play if Henderson cannot
