No that was the playcall… sims was set up short with a full blown block called in case the punter gets off a quick one that goes short… if it goes over his head, **** it… they are just planning to run out the clock..


They dont trust trabisky to be aggressive in a situation where it could lead to a short field the other way… it was a way to play aggressive but totally conservative too…

From the look on Tomlin’s face, that was not the play call.
 
Mrs. Fan and I are moving across the state today, and pulled into Douglass, WY for lunch at a Mexican restaurant. The owner has a Pens/Steelers/ Buckos sign on the wall. They said that he is sitting in the back watching the game, so we joined him.

Well that half had a couple good drives. Mitch should have been picked off twice. I kinda cringe when he throws the ball past 5 yards now.

George Pickens is going to do great things for this team down the road.

Hard to figure this team in the second half since they can't play 4 quarters of good football. I'll cross my fingers.

Eagles finally helping is in the Case Claypool bowl. Hurts seems to have gotten his head out of his *** and and Eagles are up 10-6 at the half. It would be so awesome to get a high second for Claypool.
 
How many points do we get for taking time outs into half time?
