The Steelers current QB situation.

Kenny Pickett - the Steelers drafted a 3rd round QB in the 1st round and developed him into a 5th round QB.

Mason Rudolph - Steelers drafted a 3rd round QB in the 3rd round and developed him into a 5th round QB.

Mitch Trubisky - Steelers signed the Number 2 overall pick in his draft class, and developed him into a 5th round QB.

I'm beginning to think this coaching staff might have ruined Ben's career had they been given that opportunity early enough.

In this scheme yes. We are third worst in the league. The scheme is far too simplistic. We need a real football guy at OC. I know these guys are stuck with scheme to a degree.
