One thing i noticed is that Pickens a fire player. He needs to be fed like a bulldog.
Him and Najee. Feed those dogs. Preferably in space.

These kinds of players ignite the team and create a sh*tload of space. Once they get going they can be unstoppable and really challenge the defense.
