Yeah this one is on Ben and I really don't think he is the guy anymore we need moving forward, he is way too inconsistent. Especially against defenses that he should be carving up.

But my problem is also that there is absolutely no accountability. There is no acknowledgement that he does this on a regular basis. No coaching of him. No criticism of him, no competition for his job, nothing. He can just continue to come out and be either Marino or Kent Graham every week. We need a makeover

I hear you, but the coaching staff saw that in the first half (one can hope), had a rusher who was making great gains, and adjusted for it, right?

That's what they're there for, to adjust....if not why not just have the captains call all of the plays and have the coaching staff take a seat in the stands?

Yep.............I almost wish they just flat out sucked all the time. Seeing the occasional glimpses of what this team could and should be is just painful.

that's a bit of a stretch, how many guys on this team ARE consistant on a week to week basis?
This is a passing league now, we need to get that through our heads and come out and let Ben control the offense.

Not running the no huddle had nothing to do with this game. Ben was erractic from the start. He has to be the best player on the field every week for us. He isnt. Bell is he needs to be the focal point of this offense going forward. That will help this defense also.
