Foster addressed this issue with Dotson on his show a couple of weeks ago. The blocking scheme on some of these plays requires Dotson to block out. But, if that guy is handled by the tackle, he's supposed to block down. It requires him to make a quick "read and react". Dotson is slow to do so.
