This. I've never understood this. If you look at that play, the guy is driving Harrison into the ground with his left arm completely wrapped around Harrison, hand on his chest, his own chest bearing down on Harrison's back. You cannot be behind the player, arm wrapped around him, and have it be legal.

The adjustments the Steelers made in the 2nd have was the difference; they handled their blitz better and they didn't hurt themselves on offense with turnovers and costly penalties. Now to get healthy (need Trow and Ike back) and expand our playbook during our bye.
