I don't know who or how the VA guys got in their jobs but we had a discussion the other day about how the VA has turned their problems around.

My yearly checkups go smooth as silk, on time, very little waiting and great attitudes from everybody. Very seldom am I still at the hospital beyond my appointment time. My CT scan was scheduled for 1930, I arrived at 1845 prepared to read awhile, got recognized as present at 1847, went into the machine at 1855 and was in my car headed home at 1910. Meanwhile I hear the civilians bitchin' all the time about hour long waits at their doctors.
