When it come to politics I have a diverse set of friends from ultra liberals to staunch conservatives. The thing is because we are friends, we have the ability to listen to each other with a level of respect.

At least half of my friends who vote Democratic said they would have voted for Romney or someone else, but because it was Trump, they are voting for Hillary.

Maybe 33% of the voting population is voting for Hillary because they really like her. If Trump blows this election, the Republican party will have to look back and right the ship.

While the nation is suffering as a whole, you just can't use that type of language to women and minorities, even if you are correct on the issue.

I find it odd that not one Republican could get to Trump, then again the truth is they don't control the media, the Democrats do.

So for 2020, no stupid 47% or grabbing women by the @en^t@ls nonsense, and call out the media often. The game was rigged against Trump but he also made himself too easy of a target

Absolutely yes. If it was Romney instead of Trump vs Hillary there is no chance in hell that she wins. I would have voted for him too and I have never voted for a Republican. I'm still fairly young but I'm open to whatever I feel is best for me personally AND best for the country. Gotta make some compromises. However, I don't think electing another elitist will do anything to help. This election I voted "none of these candidates" I'm in Nevada. I believe we're the only state that has this option. I would have liked the write in but oh well.

ha ha

I bet you have fainting couch parties

It's all fun and games until Hillary wins the election. And I hate to admit it, but I think she will, partly thanks to Trump being Trump.

Get ready for some big time Monday morning quarterback on Wednesday Spike. The ***** of it is we will have to wait four more years unless of course the FBI does its job or nature takes its course.

I also blame Paul Ryan and crew for distancing themselves from the nominee. And Trump for his lack of ground forces.

But even in defeat, you'd have to think a cleaner less crass politician can beat Hillary in 2020.

Man I hope I'm wrong.

I will have fun either way - you know I just survived 8 years of the Kenyan

I can speak a bit for the State of New Hampshire as I have spent about a year of my life there, mostly on summer vacations.

The state is very Republican like at its core, with no large cities. Its one of the few or only New England state with a Republican in the senate...I think. " Live free or die or the stat motto " They are pro gun, and distrust large government in general.

The inconvenient truth is many people in Masschcuets have fled to New Hampshire, particularly on the south border to avoid high taxes. As such the state has become too blue.

She's only getting around 40 percent of the vote. That would mean around 80% of the people voting for her really like her. I think it's closer to the inverse of that.

The Kenyan strengthened Iran, gave us a bad health care plan, bankrupt the USA in debt, and has the labor force at its lowest rate in years.

The bald truth is if you accumulate 9 trillion in debt as Obama has, and only 1.4 f'n trillion is actually printed, you hit the point of no return and can not pay it back. That's the deal, and not even Trump has the stones to say it.

The USA is slipping badly. Hillary will give it a push on the downward slope and sell out the USA

A financial crash could happen with Hillary pushing a must have socialist agenda because of it. Save your money. And yes, I'm being serious. We needed Ronald Reagan badly in 2016.

You keep forgetting - this is NOT a normal election, and that Romney bullshit is hilarious - NOBODY wants GOPe stiffs anymore!

DRAIN THE SWAMP!

I don't buy that **** for one minute - anybody that says they wanted ******* Romney is a lib laughing behind your back

besides, it ain't over yet

Hillary still feeling the Bern?

1 Washington state Democratic elector won’t support Clinton, another won’t commit

A Democratic presidential elector in Washington state has declared he will not support Hillary Clinton in the Electoral College even if she wins the vote here.

“No, no, no on Hillary. Absolutely not. No way,” said Robert Satiacum, a member of Washington’s Puyallup Tribe who had supported Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders as the Democratic presidential nominee.

Sanders took money to say I support Hillary. He's a sell out too. But I'd take Sanders over Clinton. At least he values the USA

the Republican party will have to look back and right the ship.

The Republican party can't right the ship. There is no "righting the ship". American politics are broken; they're broken right down to the core. Anybody who could watch this election cycle and still have ANY faith whatsoever in our political process is a complete and utter ***.

The woman has perjured herself on multiple occasions. Her top aides are involved in Federal Investigations. The Department of Justice has completely rolled over and along the way forced the FBI to drop their investigative efforts. The media has a 6% confidence rating from the people in this country that they're telling us the unbiased truth.

What the **** do you need before you realize we don't have ******* elections? We have appointments that have elaborate pageants staged around them? This isn't a democracy. You don't "vote" for ****.

I put that up on Friday night. It's his only path to victory right now.

If it doesn't happen it will be women in New Hampshire and Hispanics in Nevada that flip the vote. And that will be the story of the 2016 Presidential election.

I really do think Trump with Florida, North Carolina and Ohio - all states the Republican establishment have been bitching and moaning about for the last 4 years. Well, Trump will take care of them.

But as it should be, little states will can/could decide the President.

Wasn't Gore/Bush the only election that would have changed if popular vote overruled electoral college?.

I avoid any political discussions with liberal friends of mine. It's like going down the rabbit hole.

Not quite.

In 1824, John Quincy Adams was elected president despite not winning either the popular vote or the electoral vote. Andrew Jackson was the winner in both categories. Jackson received 38,000 more popular votes than Adams, and beat him in the electoral vote 99 to 84. Despite his victories, Jackson didn’t reach the majority 131 votes needed in the Electoral College to be declared president. In fact, neither candidate did. The decision went to the House of Representatives, which voted Adams into the White House.

In 1876, Rutherford B. Hayes won the election (by a margin of one electoral vote), but he lost the popular vote by more than 250,000 ballots to Samuel J. Tilden.

In 1888, Benjamin Harrison received 233 electoral votes to Grover Cleveland’s 168, winning the presidency. But Harrison lost the popular vote by more than 90,000 votes.

Get used to it.

Censor your thoughts. She owns the D.O.J. Remember.

For the most part I don't engage Libs on Facebook. There is no point because I'm right but they're too dumb or stubborn to realize it.
