You were looking at incomplete data. Look at your report and it shows today and yesterday. Many times the data is not complete when on today.China, Brazil and Nigeria are not reporting any "new deaths"
third most populated country has the lowest number of reported "new deaths" also the second most recovered.
Most reported cases, most deaths and most active cases
so something tells me that either USA is not reporting their numbers correctly or the other countries are not.

offense intended and i'll wait until a registered mathematician like Flog logs in to tell us how this data should be interpreted. You were looking at incomplete data. Look at your report and it shows today and yesterday. Many times the data is not complete when on today.
Damn!! Sorry to hear this, Burgundy. My dad has been in the hospital for ten days with an assortment of issues, he's 85 and not been in good health for two years, yesterday he got moved to a nursing home/rehab facility and because they have a couple of Covid cases they are not allowing any visitors. My mom is beside herself. Frankly I don't think he has long, maybe a week or two and none of us will be able to see him again. AFAIK every local nursing home is locked down again.
Really sorry to hear that. I know exactly what you are going through and how helpless you all feel. It is incredibly inhumane to prevent visitors who are willing to accept the risks to see their loved ones. Its that support that they need to keep them going...I seriously do not understand the complete lack of medical commonsense and compassion that has taken over medical facilities. Hoping for the best, Ron.My dad has been in the hospital for ten days with an assortment of issues, he's 85 and not been in good health for two years, yesterday he got moved to a nursing home/rehab facility and because they have a couple of Covid cases they are not allowing any visitors. Our whole family is vaccinated including my dad. So tell me again why we need vaccines if they don't do you any good?Really sorry to hear that. Most places (well mine for sure) do compassion care visits regardless of the covid status in the center. My dad has been in the hospital for ten days with an assortment of issues, he's 85 and not been in good health for two years, yesterday he got moved to a nursing home/rehab facility and because they have a couple of Covid cases they are not allowing any visitors. As I understand it, legally the nursing home cannot deny you the right to see your mother. I have a close friend (my best friend, actually) and his mother was down to her last few days in a nursing home and he simply took the family in to see her. They tried to stop him and he asked them to cite any law or recognized regulation that said his mother must be allowed to die alone in a room. They let him in. They were ******* about it, but they let him in.My dad has been in the hospital for ten days with an assortment of issues, he's 85 and not been in good health for two years, yesterday he got moved to a nursing home/rehab facility and because they have a couple of Covid cases they are not allowing any visitors. They said we could do that when dad is close to the end. Most places (well mine for sure) do compassion care visits regardless of the covid status in the center.
Hush now.Our whole family is vaccinated including my dad. So tell me again why we need vaccines if they don't do you any good?
This is awesome. More and more students across the nation are telling "leaders" where to put it.
Kids so eager to go back to school, without masks...demonstrate that mandates are not laws and barge in. There's nothing they can do either.

sorry to hear this… my dad was sent to a rehab facility for a month about two months ago… they quarantined him for weeks despite being vaccinated… when they finally allowed visitors they changed their policies so often it was maddening… they tried to keep my mom from seeing him despite her having not seen him in several weeks and she exploded on them until they let her….My dad has been in the hospital for ten days with an assortment of issues, he's 85 and not been in good health for two years, yesterday he got moved to a nursing home/rehab facility and because they have a couple of Covid cases they are not allowing any visitors. Thanks but not workable. He can't move at all now. Besides heart and kidney problems he has amyloidosis which is getting bad enough that he can hardly move. Last couple times he fell he couldn't get up and my mom can't help him. Dad was a star footballer in high school and college and for him 85 and old and frail is still 6'2" and 230 pounds.Sorry to hear that your family is going through this, Ron.
Have you looked into the possibility of caring for him at home? I'm assuming that there are Hospice organizations that will/can help your family care for your dad at home, with regular visits by a hospice nurse?
imo - the mask mandate appeals more to kids' desire to rebel.Reply again. God damn I love to see kids “eager” to learn, to be social, to need /require other human interactions without bs. God damn I love it.
