It's really pretty simple, Dims will never vote yes on an issue purposed by a Rep, and it doesn't matter if the proposal is a valid one or not.
In AZ, R's have a slight advantage in the legislature and D for a governor. That governor has vetoed more bills (over 500) in less than 4 years than any other AZ governor in history serving 8 years. Bipartisanship no longer exists; these people are insane along with those that continue to vote for them.
Being right all the time is a curse.
