The owner's wife is on the Coach/GM search committee, so you know they will be selecting only the best looking dudes from a pool of good looking dudes. In fact, the first interview has been coined Dudes in a Pool.

Is that true? OMG. I don't mean to be sexist but c'mon. If she was some kind of exec who worked her way through the ranks. She is qualified to blow the owner. Gawd I feel sorry for the fans of Cleavland. I said to my wife there is nothing that could force me from being a Steeelrs fan, but I just don't know how someone could endure that. Say what you want. Anyone who supports that diarrhea is a true fan.
 
Ya know I was on the Clowns message board and even though I hate the team I almost feel sorry for their fans! They are as diehard Browns fans as we are Steelers fans....but they've had a mess in Cleveland for 16 seasons now and it shows no sign of getting any better.

Two of the front office personnel they have to hire a new GM & Coach are Jim Haslam's wife Dee & a 38 yr old lawyer named Sashi Brown promoted to VP of Football Operations who will work on their search to find the next great coach & GM for the Clowns.

It's really a disgrace....but deep down I'm LMAO@ Cleveland! Five times in 8 years they loose to our Mighty Steelers on the final week of the season all resulting in losses and the firing of the head coach....CLASSIC!

According to this article, it's true. Maybe she is very well qualified to participate in these kinds of decisions. Either way, I honestly feel sorry for their fans.

The Cleveland Browns took a flamethrower to their coaching staff after Week 17, and promoted a mystery man to ru the front office moving forward. After firing Ray Farmer as general manager — reportedly before the games against the Steelers — the Browns unsurprisingly canned Mike Pettine and are looking for their next regime.

It’s a vicious cycle of suck for the Browns, who are yet again looking for the right regime to lead the team into the future. Owner Jimmy Haslam wasted no time in making the first personnel move of the offseason by promoting Sashi Brown to run the front office in Cleveland.

So how exactly is Sashi Brown?
So they have The incompetent owner, his wife, the analytic guy (Sashi) who looks like he wouldn't know a trap block from a trap game. Wow. I'm sending in my youth football resume. I think I gotta chance.

Kelly is a hack! He runs a college system that doesn't control the clock. He's always running hurry up and his D is gassed by the 4th QTR. He forces his team on a dietary and sleep regimen (and when they start losing, they revolt). His former players don't respect him, his current players barely tolerated him, and he gutted the probowlers off the team (4) without getting a damn thing from any of them.

No way do I ever want Chip near my franchise.
 
Gonna work with some Cleveland fans next week... wonder if they are still in full surrender mode.....

Haslam used to own a part of the steelers... as soon as he bought the browns he got indicted right? Apparently his brain also rotted from within looking at that current mess

Bosa is gonna be a beast in the NFL however if the Clowns don't take a QB or WR with their first overall pick I think suicides in Cleveland on that draft day will skyrocket!

Carson Wentz from North Dakota State is a young kid who could shine in the senior bowl. If he does expect his draft stock to rise into the Top 10. Reminds me alot of Ben

They hate us more than they hate anyone because the Steelers are what they wish the browns were.

I savor enjoying their misery. I love listening to Cleveland crybaby sports talk every Monday after they lose, especially when they lose to the Steelers.

I feel the same way. When I start to feel sorry for them, they pull out their insults like we kidnapped their dogs and kicked their wives. They hate us and I laugh at them for having to support that joke of a team.

Same here. I will never ever feel sorry for them. They may be loyal but they are some of the most delusional fans on the planet. I take great glee in their failure. They will continue to suck. Cleveland is NFL purgatory. Who in their right mind will want to go there?

I think they will take the LT from Ole Miss, Laremy Tunsil and have their bookend OTs with Taylor Lewan who they drafted 2 years ago. Their priority is building around Mariota and strengthening the OL would be the best bet.

They are currently a 3-4 defense. If the new coach scraps that and goes 4-3 then maybe Bosa is in play, but that would be silly because switching back to a 4-3 could set them back a few years as they re-tool again.

They can get a pass rusher in round 2 but they can't get an OT close to Tunsil. He should be the pick.
