Can somebody in layman terms describe bottom-line what this is all about? I'm smelling it's the Gov't dipping into regulating the internet, which I have no idea why that's necessary...and who the heck are these 5 folks at the FCC who ordained this is the way it is. Confused.

To hear the government tell it it's to "help" us.....by precluding internet providers from offering faster service to companies that pay more. You know that whole evil free enterprise thing.

BUT....the OP is correct. Since no one except the unelected, politically appointed bureaucrats that make up the FCC knows wtf is in these "rules" your guess is as good as mine as to the possible potential for misuses it provides. I guess you can answer part of your concern by simply sking yourself "Hmmm.....what free enterprise has the government ever gotten involved in that's improved"?

They are going to ban porn, that is all you need to know.

And Favra, I hear that the Postal Service, Amtrack, and Social Security have so much money that they give free money to starving babies in Michigan with all of the surplus. Why do you hate babies?

Because they're all liberals. Lay around all day doing nothing except whining when they're hungry, cold or rolling in **** and expecting someone else to feed, clothe and change them.....pisses me off.
