The Official Thread Dedicated to "Trump Winning"

Yeah, you guys are right. There is nothing to see here. This is all a figment of my TDS-riddled imagination. This endless pursuit of rainbows and unicorns.

For those in the back still drinking the koolaid, drifting aimlessly in foggy bewilderment since January, 2016.

Breaking: NY prosecutors have subpoenaed Deutsche Bank for its records related to Donald J. Trump and his businesses. Deutsche Bank has complied, providing extensive documents and other materials.

This is the first time that Trump's long, tortured history with Deutsche Bank has been the subject of a criminal investigation. And unlike Congress's [so far] unsuccessful subpoenas of Deutsche last year, this time the authorities have gotten their hands on the DB materials.

A Prosecutor’s job is to follow the facts, wherever they lead: “Deutsche Bank complied with the subpoena. Over a period of months last year, it provided Mr. Vance’s office with detailed records, including financial statements and other materials.”

Since the 1990s, Deutsche Bank has loaned Trump $2+ billion. During that time, they were also laundering Russian money.

I know the drill. It's been repeated over and over for years on this board. This is all fake news, a figment of the imagination. Made up by crazy, unhinged liberals on a wild goose chase to take down the President. A witch-hunt unlike anyone has ever seen.

Nothing to see here, nothing to worry about. Trump is untouchable.

He certainly has been thus far, thanks to a GOP Senate beholden to Trump.

As to the bolded, you're on your way as the first step to getting well is acceptance.

Admittedly, I don't follow every move of our President 24 hours a day as some apparently do, so excuse me if I pose a question. If Trump is as dastardly as some imply, and has been his entire life, why wasn't he in prison decades ago? After all, he's only had the protection of the GOP Senate for 3 & 1/2 years now. It's certainly not for lack of effort on the part of the junkyard dogs in the House.

I say this in all seriousness, could it be that some protest too much? His adversaries lose credibility when crying wolf nonstop.

Guess I'm just tired of the constant accusations that are never proven, but doesn't stop his opponents from moving on to the next perceived scandal. Missing days gone by, I suppose, when if you disagreed politically with someone holding office, you voiced that disagreement with your vote. Growing weary of the bullshit and willing to wager that many others are as well.

I saw a truck last weekend with a flag:

"Trump 2020: No More Bullshit"

Can only hope that's a harbinger of common sentiment.

Tibs, you can't possibly expect anyone to take you seriously regarding Trump's dealings with a bank when you and all the other bleeding hearts have literally ignored the Clinton Foundation for decades. How much money has been laundered through there again?

It won't make a bit of a difference, as Trump is a shoo-in for his 2nd term. In fact, those voting for him know exactly what type of man he is, what type of leader he is. This is what America has become, a nation of Trumpism.

I do think it's kinda funny that Lefty Tibs is positive that Trump will win and this Conservative isn't so sure.

Tibsy is just unable to acknowledge that Sloppy Joe is a terrible candidate. So Trump wins, 4 more years of Tibsy troll crying. But if Bidumb did win, then smug Tibsy will have the 5 months until Bidummer is committed to laugh, giggle, etc. while he is lining up Trump supporters here for "re-education" camp.

The Ant and the Grasshopper ... and ... (MODERN DAY VERSION)
Interesting story with several versions but makes the point very clearly that November is going to be the key event in our future......

The ANT AND THE
GRASSHOPPER

This one is

OLD VERSION

The ant works
hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter.

The grasshopper
thinks the ant is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away.

Come winter, the ant is warm
and well fed.

The grasshopper has
no food or shelter, so he
dies out in the cold.

MORAL OF THE OLD STORY:

Be responsible for yourself!

MODERN
VERSION

The ant works hard
in the withering heat and the rain all summer long, building his house
and laying up supplies for the winter.

The grasshopper thinks the ant
is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away.

Come winter, the shivering grasshopper
calls a press conference and demands to know why the ant should be
allowed to be warm and well fed while he is cold and starving.

CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN,
and ABC show up to
provide pictures of the shivering grasshopper
next to a video of the ant
in his comfortable home with a table filled with food.
America is stunned by the sharp contrast.

How can this be, that in a country of such wealth, this poor grasshopper
is allowed to suffer so?

Kermit the Frog appears
on Oprah
with the grasshopper
and everybody cries when they sing, 'It's Not Easy Being Green'

Occupy the Anthill stages
a demonstration in front of the ant's house where the news stations film the

Black Lives Matter group singing, We shall overcome.

Then Reverend Al Sharpton
has the group kneel down to pray for the grasshopper
while he damns the ants. He later appears on MSNBC to complain that rich people do not care.

Former President Obama condemns the ant
and blames
Donald Trump, President Bush 43, President Bush 41, President Reagan, Christopher Columbus, and the
Pope
for the grasshopper's
plight.

Nancy Pelosi & Chuck Schumer
exclaim in an interview on The View
that the ant has
gotten rich off the back of the
grasshopper ,
and both call for an immediate tax hike on the ant to make him pay his fair share.

Finally, the EEOC drafts
the Economic Equity &
Anti-Grasshopper Act
retroactive to the beginning of
the summer.

The ant is fined for failing to hire a proportionate number
of green bugs and,
having; nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes, his home is confiscated by the

Government Green Czar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and given to the grasshopper.

The story ends as we see the grasshopper
and his free-loading friends finishing up the last bits of the ant's food while the government house he is in,

which, as you recall, just happens to be the ant's old house,
crumbles around them because the grasshopper doesn't maintain it.

The ant has disappeared in the snow, never to be seen again.

The grasshopper is found dead in a drug related incident, and the house, now abandoned, is taken
over by a gang of spiders who terrorize the ramshackle, once prosperous and peaceful, neighborhood.

The entire Nation collapses
bringing the rest
of the free world with it.

MORAL OF THE STORY:

Be careful how you vote in 2020.

When it comes to these bounties, the intelligence community can not verify it. I can tell you they are likely still trying.

Seems as if Pompeo heeded the intelligence reports Trump dismissed out of hand, waved them away, called them fake news. Probably perfectly normal behavior by a sitting President, the Commander in Chief. Nothing to be alarmed about. Good to know at least we have a Secretary of State who gives a damn about our troops and American interests abroad.

Is he using reverse psychology on us or playing possum? LOL

What if Russia is paying Bounties on U.S. Troops in Afghanistan? Can't be many more sanctions to add, and even if you do, is that severer enough punishment? Go to war? Bomb some specific pre-designated Russian targets? Go the the UN? Just curious to see what the punishment should be.

I mean, we were killing their pilots with Stinger missiles when we built Osama's Army in Afghanistan.

We knew the Iranians were behind IED technology in Iraq. Trump "did something about that" by vaporizing The General, and the liberals screamed to high heaven.

So, there's nothing that can be done by Trump. They'd call him a warmonger if he went after the Bounty brokers.

They wanted to kill our folks with or without financial incentive. The fact a foreign gov was medaling is no shock to me for any war/conflict for like ever. Damn sure we do it too. How do we hurt them without shedding loves of Americans, continue to hit their pockets.

Once again the thread your looking for is one down from this one.

I see the headline this morning.....

Republicans Furious As Democrats Leave Town With No Deal
President Donald Trump signed four executive orders Saturday in order to help the unemployed and the economy, effectively bypassing congress to send money to Americans. Democrats had already left town, and didn’t hesitate to criticize the president’s executive orders.

This comes after House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer announced in late July that the House would remain in session until a deal on a stimulus package is reached, but that did not happen. There are now no House votes until Sept. 14, and members will have 24 hours notice to return for any votes related to coronavirus.

Then I see this and it all comes together.
