The Official Thread Dedicated to "Trump Winning"

Yeah International travel and endless meetings plus the stress of dealing with a terrorist attack will do that to anybody. If he was not showing signs of fatigue he would not be human.
Clearly it's a tough, demanding job, poor Trump. He deserves a break and needs to spend the weekend relaxing and playing golf. Like he does each and every weekend.

Mr Trump frequently takes trips to his Mar-a-Lago resort where he has been seen playing golf. Finishing off his first 100 days, he had spent at least 25 days away from the White House.
Mr Obama spent one weekend, or four days, away from the White House on a private retreat during that time.

Mr Trump, as a private citizen, frequently criticised Mr Obama for the amount of time he spent golfing. But, during his first 100 days the President has golfed much more than his predecessor during that time. While the exact number is difficult to determine because most of the information comes from pictures of sightings posted online, Mr Trump has spent at least 19 days golfing. Mr Obama didn’t golf at all during that time and didn’t hit the links until four months into his presidency, according to an analysis by the New York Times.

Mr Trump didn’t have a single out of country trip during his first 100 days while Mr Obama visited nine countries during the time, according to State Department records.

[h=1]Melania Dodges Trump AGAIN After Landing In Rome; Leaves His Hand Stranded (VIDEO)[/h]

It would appear something’s going on, but it’s not clear. For two days in a row, Melania Trump has either swatted away her husband’s hand or completely ignored it.

It’s been more than obvious for a while now that Donald Trump walks ahead of his wife when they travel. Chivalry apparently doesn’t make America great again.

Now, when landing in Rome, it appears as Trump reaches for Melania’s hand again, but she ignores it and opts for fixing her hair instead, leaving her husband’s hand stranded.

Watch here:

LMAO!!!! You libtard punks are so unhinged that now you're inventing marital strife fake news! I love it. You people are ******* nuts.

it's kind of funny but Trump is turning into the low energy President he claimed others would be.
This trip he is on, is obviously wearing him out and he already showed that he doesn't work weekends
when in the US, like Obama consistently did.

OK this is a new level of stupidity. It's been mathematically shown that Obama spent a full day on the golf course for every 4 days he worked. This doesn't count the vacations he took totaling over $85Million in taxpayer dollars.

Nice try 21, but as they call it in baseball - swing, miss.

Tim stumbles with the facts, yet again.

Trump is golfing twice as much as Obama did
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/for-trump-playing-golf-is-just-another-day-at-the-office-2017-03-31

So far, according to multiple reports, Trump has gone golfing 13 times since becoming president.

March 31 is Trump’s 71st day in office. That’s one round of golf every five-and-a-half days.

Meanwhile the magazine Golf Digest, in the kind of exhaustive and heroic work that really deserves some kind of prize, in January added up all the times Obama went golfing during his eight-year term as president.

The total: 306 times. The calendar tell us there were 2,922 days in Obama’s two terms. So that’s one round of golf every nine-and-a-half days.

In other words, Trump has been golfing at almost twice the rate as Obama did. And this in the supposedly busy early days of his presidency to boot.

Guys, stop arguing about hand-holding, for crying out loud. Donald is tapping that every night, undoubtedly is in the mile high club, and here we slobs are arguing about hand-holding. Now leave me alone so I can have some private time with the Melania pictures. :biggrin-new:

I will correct my post. The 1 day off for every 4 days worked comes from Obama's combined 224 vacation days and 306 golf outings totaling 530 days off (I forgot they were combined).

That translates to Obama spending 18% of his time either vacationing or golfing while in office, further translated to mean he had a vacation day for nearly every 4 to 4.5 days he worked.

18% of the time. And I'll correct myself again. It appears his vacations cost us $90Million. Not $85Million.

In total, the cost of the the first family’s personal or largely personal travel during the last eight years comes to $85 million – though that is likely to climb to $90 million after additional records are released, according to the conservative group Judicial Watch based on federal government records.

No Liberal can claim Trump is working less than Obama.

Yemen raid against Al Qaeda was 'deepest' US special ops have gone

The Navy SEAL raid targeting Al Qaeda terrorists in Yemen was the "deepest" U.S. special ops forces have gone inside the country, the Pentagon confirmed Tuesday.

The overnight raid killed at least seven Al Qaeda fighters, according to U.S. Central Command. Some U.S. forces were injured but they all could move on their own, Pentagon spokesman Capt. Jeff Davis told reporters, adding that no civilians were killed.

The U.S. was targeting a compound the terrorists were using as "headquarters," Davis said. The Pentagon was still assessing the results of the raid Tuesday.

It happened about 30 miles north of where the SEALs launched a January raid against the Al Qaeda branch. Ryan Owens, a SEAL chief special warfare officer, was killed in the Jan. 29 raid.

In the latest operation, the U.S. partnered with an Arab force and backed up the raid with "numerous" airstrikes, a senior defense official told Fox News. An AC-130 gunship was called in to support the SEALs after the firefight began, Davis added.

The raid was launched from Navy ships, including the USS Bataan, off the Yemeni coast, CENTCOM said in a statement.

The operation “was conducted with the support of the Royal Government of Yemen,” CENTCOM said in a statement. “In conjunction with our Arab allies, the U.S. will continue to support their efforts in bringing stability to the region by fighting known terrorist organizations like AQAP [Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula].”

Historically Black College Leader: So Far, Trump a Step UP From Obama

Following his inauguration, Trump’s most overt outreach to African Americans has been his efforts to woo students and leaders of black colleges that were founded in the years after the Civil War and today consist of 101 public and private schools nationwide.

“For [President] Obama, people expected him to come in and fix everything -- especially for black people. ... But he never campaigned strongly for HBCUs,” said Walter Kimbrough, president of Dillard University in New Orleans, using the common abbreviation for the schools.

Now, he says, the reverse has happened -- Trump came in with no expectations placed on him, and some black educators have been pleasantly surprised.

“So people now want to see what’s going to happen because he’s coming in saying he’s going to be the president for HBCUs,” Kimbrough added. “It’s a very different perspective, but it’s still the first 150 days, so we’ll see what happens.”

Johnny C. Taylor Jr., president of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, a nonprofit that helps provide financial assistance to students who attend black colleges, says the signs from the White House are encouraging.

“In the first four months of this presidency, the Trump administration has been far more responsive to our community than the past administration,” Taylor said. “I, for one, judge people by what they do -- not what they say.”

Just give it a minute. ElfTibLodyte will be along shortly to tell you what an Uncle Tom this guy is. His opinion is without any merit because he's not really black. Only Liberal blacks are really black, and all.

You two dumbasses don't know what you're talking about. Trump has 100 times the energy and work ethic of Obama. And if Hillary had won they'd be wheeling her around on a dolly, like Hannibal Lecter. Thank God Trump beat the pantsuit off of that hideous creature.

Winning! Republican-led States across the country are implementing legislation to put a stop to these AntiFa nutjobs and protect Free Speech once again and stamp out these fascist, violent liberals.

-----------------------------------------------------

GOP Leads Efforts to Pass State Laws It Says Protect Free Speech
Moves follows high-profile demonstrations against conservative speakers

Mobs of demonstrators have chased away conservative speakers over the past few months at the University of California, Berkeley, and Middlebury College in Vermont.

Taking action to avoid similar scenes, universities in Illinois and Texas rescinded speaking invitations earlier this month to a Republican senator and a Nobel Prize-winning scientist before they even showed up.

Now, state legislatures, most led by Republicans, are advancing bills they say are intended to support free speech. The laws include measures to suspend troublemakers, remove free-speech zones that limit protests to small areas on campus and cut off money to schools that don’t protect the First Amendment.

“There’s been censorship of free speech on campuses around the country,” said Jesse Kreme, a Republican state representative in Wisconsin who is sponsoring a bill there. “We should have a free marketplace of ideas; people shouldn’t be shouted down for expressing themselves.”

In the past few months, governors have signed legislation protecting free speech on campus in Colorado, Tennessee, Utah and Virginia. Meanwhile, Republican legislators have proposed bills in Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas, California, North Carolina, Michigan, Louisiana and Georgia.

Republicans control the legislature in three of the four states where governors—two of them Democrats—have so far signed the bills. The GOP controls the legislature in six of the eight states where such legislation has been proposed.

Much of the proposed legislation is based on a model bill published in January by the Goldwater Institute, a conservative-leaning think tank in Phoenix. It prohibits school administrators from bowing to political pressure and rescinding invitations to controversial speakers, mandates that every freshman be taught about the campus’s free-speech policy and require schools to discipline students who twice interfere with the free speech rights of others.

By interference, the model law refers to “protests and demonstrations that infringe upon the rights of others to engage in or listen to expressive activity.…”

The proposal nullifies any speech codes, some of which restrict protests to designated areas on campus. It also requires an annual report summarizing how school administrators handled free-speech issues.

Sanctuary cities lose access to federal grants that require complying with federal immigration law

"Sanctuary cities lose access to federal grants that require complying with federal immigration law – cue the histrionics"

Late on Monday, Attorney General Jeff Session issued a memorandum to all the “grant-making components” within the Justice Department cutting off any grants to sanctuary jurisdictions. In what will no doubt be a surprise to many in the media who misinterpreted the April injunction issued by Judge William Orrick (an Obama appointee) in the lawsuit filed by the City of San Francisco and Santa Clara County, Sessions’ action complies fully with that order.

The May 22 memorandum outlines that any city or county applying for a Department of Justice (DOJ) grant “administered by the Office of Justice Programs and the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services” that requires the applicant to certify compliance with all federal laws will not be eligible for a grant if they are a sanctuary jurisdiction.

Now that Sessions has acted, hopefully Secretary John Kelly will take the next step and cut off discretionary grants awarded by the Department of Homeland Security to sanctuary jurisdictions. A billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you are talking about real money.

All of these steps are a necessary component of having, as Jeff Sessions says, “a lawful system of immigration.”

Really not much of a loss there at all. The money was obviously not going to be for the betterment of the community anyway. It's become somewhat of a theme for Democrats.

I told you guys this is how they will pay for the wall.... listen to the liberals squeal like little girls on this one. Tibs, anything to add on this?

http://www.npr.org/sections/goatsan...inly-on-latinos-to-pay-for-trumps-border-wall

A 2% tax (even if you account for the amount going down) would bring in $2 billion/year. More than enough to finance the construction of the wall and even to maintain it after construction.

As Trump said. They will pay for the wall. It's just a matter of finding a way to do it.

I would put a toll on the border too. Hell, if I have to pay $18 to drive on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, people can pay $10 to cross the border.

Trump Quietly Slipped Out Of Sight For A Few Hours Overseas – Here’s The Unbelievable Reason Why

By Amanda Shea

President Trump and First Lady Melania have been tirelessly traveling for almost an entire week and are nearing the end of their first overseas presidential trip. The couple just landed in Belgium and the president will soon be attending the G7 Summit back in Italy on Friday and Saturday. However, with as busy as he’s been for days, he recently dropped everything and quietly slipped out of sight for a few hours and now we know the unbelievable reason why.

There’s been no shortage of media coverage as the Trumps travel the globe this week. Liberal news outlets wait with baited breath for the first sign of slip up on the president’s first overseas trip and will find anything to judge him for. Despite having cameras following the couple practically around the clock, there’s one outing in Israel that media “conveniently” missed and it’s clear as to why they chose not to cover it.

Practically every second of the president’s 27-hours in Israel was packed and planned out, but he still made time to fulfill a wish of a 14-year-old who heard he was coming to her country. As eager as she was to see him, Trump was reportedly eager to meet this special little girl.

The Yeshiva World reports:

“During his recent visit to Israel, President Donald Trump made a 14-year old girl’s dream come true. Emilee Imbar has been battling cancer for the last seven years, and has dreamed of meeting with the U.S. President.”

“Rachashei Lev is Israel’s national support center for pediatric cancer patients, and among their hundreds of invaluable services, they have helped thousands of pediatric cancer patients to achieve their dreams.”

Emilee’s dream was to meet the President of the United States and she got that wish fulfilled by our incredibly personable leader. Trump truly loves kids as much as the First Lady, who seems to have had a compassionate effect on him. Perhaps not surprising, was that the entire media ignored this incredible story and act of love from our president since it’s counter to their narrative.

You can bet that if Barack Obama had done something as thoughtful as this, there would have been a media entourage in tow. On the contrary, liberals accused Melania of only being interested in the “photo op” at her frequent and lengthy hospital visits, which is far from the truth with the genuine love and concern for kids this couple continually exudes.

“President Trump chatted with Emilee, asking about her health and wellbeing, and relating to her a little bit about the immense responsibilities of being a President of the United States,” The Yeshiva World reported. “Emilee blessed and thanked President Trump, and presented him with a letter she wrote expressing her desire to meet him again – this time in the White House, where she hoped to do business with him, and maybe even to bring peace to the world. President Trump was visibly moved by Emilee and wished her good health and a speedy recovery. It was a momentous day for all.”

The local news outlet was the sole source of the story originally. However, if the mainstream media can find a way to spin this story into something grossly negative, you can rest assured that every outlet will be running it in no time. It’s disgusting that the Obamas got perpetually coverage of their fake warm and fuzzy things they posed for, but when any member of the Trump family does something actually genuine and on their won accord, it’s ignored or twisted into something disgusting that it is not.

The left wants the world to believe that Trump is a heartless, horrible man who is out to dupe us all, take rights away, and kill people he doesn’t like. Ironically, facts prove these things to be true about some of our liberal leaders. Meanwhile, if this first overseas trip has shown us anything, it’s how loved the President and First Lady are around the world. They aren’t swayed by the leftist media in America that slanders our leader for the sole cause of paving the way to an impeachment. People in other countries simply judge him by his actions and not what people say, since that’s what speaks louder than negative, spiteful words.

http://money.cnn.com/2015/12/10/news/companies/donald-trump-qatar-airways-ceo/

A Qatar airline executive warned Donald Trump Thursday "he will not be welcome" in Muslim countries where he has investments following Trump's call to ban Muslims from entering the U.S.

Qatar Airways CEO Akbar Al Baker told CNN's Richard Quest that he is friends with Trump.

"I can say that the reaction as a Muslim, I have taken offense to this, and especially when it is coming out from a friend of mine," he said. "I didn't expect him to be so naïve to make such statements."

The airline exec said he believes Trump was "trying to gain political mileage out of these statements."

"[H]e is not realizing what he is mentioning is detriment (sic) to his own interests in the election," Al Baker said. "He is also not realizing that he has investments in Muslim countries and he will not be welcome there anymore. So I think what he is saying is not in the best interests of the relationship between him and the Muslim world."

Trump has repeatedly said at his campaign rallies that he has Muslim friends and they support what he is proposing.
